Risks of Loving The Bad Boy

Chapter 1

I wake up to my alarm early in the morning. I roll out of bed and grab an outfit before hopping into the shower. I take a quick shower and change into my clothes. The outfit includes a dark blue t-shirt, denim shorts and my black converse. I brush out my hair and pull it up out of my face before heading down stairs to make myself breakfast. After eating my breakfast I grab my backpack and cell phone before starting my walk to school. I do have a car but it only takes about 5ish minutes to get to the school from my house. I walk into the school and pull out my phone and earbuds and sit on the window ledge on the second floor of my school which is right next to me and my best friends locker. Her name is Ellie and she is easily one of the most beautiful girls in the school. She has striking blonde hair and icy blue eyes while I have dark brown hair and hazel eyes. I'm very forgettable and completely invisible in this school. I turn up the music on my phone which happens to be, "Amnesia" by 5 Seconds of Summer. The song is almost over when Ellie comes bounding down the hallway.
"Vic! Hey!" She says sitting next to me. She is wearing a white blouse and high waisted shorts with high heels. Only she can rock that look.
"Hey Ellie, got anything awesome happening?" I ask her. She tilts her head thinking.
"Cameron Reign asked me out yesterday!" She squeals. And meet Cameron reign the most popular guy in school. Ellie is not like those b**chy popular girls but she defiantly is popular. We are polar opposites.
"Ellie what are you doing with, that?" A group of popular girls says walking in front of Ellie and I.
"Oh nothing just being a sl*t, oh wait that's your job! Haha forgot" Ellie says fake laughing. I hide my mouth and laugh quietly.
They walk away flustered and chattering amongst them selves. We both break out laughing not being able to contain ourselves.
"That was awesome Ellie" I gasp.
"I know I'm like that and sorry about her" she says.
I shrug. "It's no big deal" I say and the bell rings. We are both in the same class so our schedules are the same. We both go through out the school day with nothing to out of the ordinary happening. One kid went home sick another ditched. Nothing cool. Speaking of ditched let me tell you about the cliques here at fieldcrest high school.
First the popular girls. They run the school and think they are better than everyone else. Then there are the normals or people like Ellie who can be popular but choose not to. And then the bad boys there are some girls thrown into the mix though. They are reckless and do whatever the want but look so good doing it. Then the outcasts or people like me who are invisible and nothing but the food fed to the monsters(populars or bad boys). Ellie and I walk to her car and Cameron. They're holding hands and laughing about random stuff. I drift behind only completely feeling like a 3rd wheel. He says bye and she turns around and walks towards me.
"Oh sorry Vic, we were just talking. We're going out tonight" she tells me.
"It's no problem and have fun" I tell her.
"Do you need a ride back to your house?" She asks me. I shake my head.
"Nah I'm walking" I tell her.
"Okay bye Vic see you tomorrow" she says while getting in her car. I wave at her and walk home. My mom isn't home yet and my dad died in a car accident before I was born. My mom was about 6 months pregnant with me at the time of his death. She said he would of loved me so much and he was a very caring man. I smile thinking of him I just wish I actually got to meet him. I unlock the front door and throw my bag down beside the door and kick off my shoes. I turn on the TV and check my phone. A message from mom.
"Will be home late. Sorry Baby girl, eat with out me" the text reads.
"No problem mom hope everything's okay" I respond.
After eating dinner and doing my homework,I settle down for bed in my favorite fuzzy pajamas. Ellie texted me saying her date was amaze and that was the last thing I read before I fell asleep.
