Chapter 11

We woke up to Sabine yelling up for breakfast. Marinette and Alya were both still asleep. Me and Nino both walked downstairs.

"Good morning boys!" Sabine said "How did you sleep?"

"Ok," I said

"Yeah but-" I cut him off by elbowing him in the ribs

"But what?" She asked

"Nothing" he said sitting next to me

Not too long later Alya came downstairs.

"Is Marinette still asleep?" Sabine asked

"Yeah it was a ruff night for her last night." She said sitting next to Nino

"Really? What happened?"

"We made her watch a scary movie" I said

"Oh, yep that would do it." Sabine said laughing

Just as she was dishing up breakfast, Marinette walked downstairs. Her sleeve was up a bit so when she sat next to me I pulled it down for her. She mouthed thank you.

"Good morning sweetheart." Sabine said

"Good morning" she said

We started eating, we were talking about when we were going to do something like this again. Sabine walked down to the bakery to help Tom.

"Last night was a little weird" Nino said

"Yeah, but it was still fun. We need to do that more often." Alya said

"Yes, if my dad will let me" I said

"I hope he will." Marinette said

When we finished eating and went upstairs to clean up. After cleaning up we got ready to go. Nino and Alya were walking together and I had called my bodyguard to come pick me up, me and Marinette were waiting in her room.

"Adrien, did you leave last night?" Marinette asked

"No, I was just downstairs. Sorry if I worried you" I said

"Oh, did you hear anything odd last night?" She asked

"Nope, just the TV. Why?"

"Just wondering" she said

"Adrien, your bodyguard is here" Sabine called up

"Bye Marinette see you soon." I said

"Yep bye" she said

I hopped into the car and we started towards my house. When we got home Natalie said my father wanted to speak with me. This couldn't be good. I walked into his office.

"Yes father?" I asked sitting down

"I think Marinette is a bad influence on you" he said

"What?! No!" I said

"I've heard from multiple different people she is" he said

"Like who?"

"Lila, Chl-"

"You can't trust them, they are lying brats. They bully Marinette" I said

"Do not interrupt me!" He said "She is clearly a bad influence on you if this is your behavior. I don't want you to see or talk to her ever again." He said

"But dad-"

"No, that is my final answer. Now go talk to Natalie, she has your schedule for today" he said

I stood up and walked out. I completely ignored Natalie and walked to my room.

"Hey kid, you ok?" Plagg asked
