Chapter 5

KIME's POV

I WAS staring at nothing inside our classroom. I'm still thinking about what Tyren replied to me! Oh gosh, it's been days.

I didn't reply to him, dahil hindi ko alam ang sasabihin ko. Maybe he's just joking? Oo, joke lang yon. He'll never like me.

So, you want him to like you? The annoying part of my brain said. Nag tiim bagang ako bago umiling. Suminghap ako at nag focus na lang sa klase.

When lunchtime came, agad akong tumayo at inayos ang mga gamit ko. I'll go to the library, with Mikayla. Our other friends has something to do, so kaming dalawa ang mag kasama ngayon.

"Lamig..." i heard Mikayla said when we entered the library. We tapped our ID and went to a vacant table.

Nasa Senior High School Library kami, dahil ito ang pinaka malapit at onti lang ang tao. Some are on the main library, across our building.

"Pwede ba kumain dito?" Mahina kong tanong, i looked around the library. I saw some batchmates who's studying and some grade 11 students.

"Bawal ata?" Hindi siguradong ani ni Mikayla. I nodded and opened my book. While reading, narinig ko ang langitngit ng upuan.

"Kunin ko lang yung libro sa room, nakalimutan ko, eh" she scratched her head. I nodded at her and continued reading.

I was silently reading when someone sat infront of me. Thinking it's Mikayla, I ignored it.

"Hey" Agad kumunot ang noo ko dahil sa narinig na boses. Umangat ang tingin ko, and my brows furrowed when France is infront of me.

"That seat is occupied, you can't sit there." Malamig kong sabi. He raised his eyebrows, "Why are you so cold?" Anito.

Hindi ko ito pinansin at nag patuloy sa pagbabasa. He's just a waste of time, really. I mean, why is he even here and annoying me?

"Baby, talk to me" Rinig kong sabi nito. Umirap ako at tumingin sa kaniya, "Yuck, don't call me that. Umalis ka na nga? I'm studying!" Mahinang sabi ko.

He bit his lower lip, "I just want us to talk-" before he could finish his sentence, someone sat beside me, and intertwined our fingers on the table.

"She told you to leave, right? Fuck off, Kid." Tyren's serious and cold voice sent shivers down my spine. I swallowed and bit my lower lip while staring at him.

"What? Who are you?" Takang tanong ni France at tumingin sa akin.

"Not you business, get out of our sight." He said. France looked at me meaningfully before standing up and leaving the library.

Agad kong inalis ang magkahawak kamay namin ni Tyren. Umusod rin ako palayo ng kaunti sa kaniya. He's too close, I can't think straight!

"Bakit ka andito?" Thank god i didn't stutter! This man has been occupying my whole system for days, and he's infront of me, looking at me with his mataray face.

"To study. Don't mind me and continue studying." Masungit nitong sabi bago niya hinila ang upuan ko palapit sa kaniya. My eyes widened because of what he did!

Dahil sa ingay na ginawa ng upuan, it attracted attention. Nahihiya akong ngumiti sa mga estudyanteng naka tingin.

Mahina kong siniko ang katabi ko at bumulong, "why did you do that?! naka tingin tuloy sila sa atin." Mariin kong sabi kay Tyren.

"Don't mind them, let them look if they want." He rolled his eyes at me and read his book. I didn't even know na may nilapag siyang libro!

"Why are you so grumpy at me?!" Ngumuso ako sa kaniya. I rolled my eyes at him and focused my attention on the book i was reading.

Still pouting, naramdaman ko ang kamay ni Tyren na pumulupot sa aking bewang. Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin, but he looked unbothered while reading his book!

I grip his hand on my waist, which made him look at me. He raised his eyebrows. Because of that, I appreciated his looks.

Oh, shit. Sobrang pogi.

He has a light brown hair, like his eyebrows. Singkit ang kaniyang mata, and his damn brown orbs gives me chills!

Matangos ang ilong, and his damn lips! I know that damn lips is soft, and will make your knees tremble when it touches your skin.

Maputi siya, chinito. Namumula rin ang kaniyang balat. Walang kapintasan ang kaniyang itsura.

Pogi.

With that thought, i smirked. Nagtataka akong tinignan ni Tyren.

"Why are you smiling, Uno?" He said, umiling ako at nag iwas ng tingin. I felt his hand on my waist gripping. Tinignan ko siya ng masama, pero may mga ngiti sa labi.

Bumabalik ata ang pagkakaroon ko ng crush sa matandang 'to, ah?

"Fuck..." He whispered. Pinandilatan ko siya ng mata, dahil baka marinig siya ng librarian at itapon kami palabas sa library!

"Hey, don't cuss here! Baka itapon tayo, baliw." Aniko. He just shook his head, kibit balikat akong nagiwas ng tingin.

Something tingly is in my tummy because of Tyren's hand on my waist. He sometimes squeeze it gently, making me flinch.

"Wag mo nga pisatin, nagugulat ako!" Tinignan ko siya at mahinang sinabi iyon. He looked at me and smirked.

"Tsk, just read your books, Uno." Anito. I rolled my eyes. Nakakainis! Hindi kaya ako makapag focus?!

"Oh my gosh? What is this behavior?" Nag angat ako ng tingin at nakita ang nakanganga na si Mikayla.

Hinawakan ko ang kamay ni Tyren na nasa bewang ko at pilit inaalis pero mahigpit niya itong hinawakan, refusing to let go! Because of that, u gave up.

"H-huh? Ah! K-kuya Tyren wants to study with us.." kinakabahan kong sabi. Ramdam ko ang titig sa akin ni Tyren.

"Oh...okay. Hi, Kuya! Long time no see, eh?" Ani ni Mikayla. Nakahinga ako ng maluwag dahil hindi niya ata napapansin ang kamay ni Tyren sa aking bewang.

"Yeah, hey." Bati ni Tyren pabalik. After their small greetings, we studied silently. After some time, a classmate went to us.

"Mikayla, pinapatawag tayo ng leader natin, practice daw." Anito kay Mikayla. Mikayla nodded and she excused herself to us. I forced a smile before waving at her.

I'm left alone with Tyren! And worst is, mukhang kami na lang ata ang natitira dito.

And mind you, andito kami sa pinaka sulok. I swallowed hard when I glanced at the front desk, and saw that the librarian left!

"Kime..."
