Last Night
I'm out on the balcony with Erin, chatting away when Tash comes out and wants to vent, but doesn't even spare me a glance, just focusing on Erin.
"After the date, we know that Mac is keen on Jaxon," Tash starts.
"I don't think that he would pick her or she would pick him," Erin interjects.
"He would pick her if he feels like there could be a romantic connection, cos he just really wants someone who wants him," Tash sighs.
"He's very eager, which is good," Erin starts but gets cut off.
"But that puts me in a shit position because Jaxon was gonna choose me and I was gonna choose Jaxon," she says, quite selfishly considering it wasn't gonna be on more than a friendship basis between the two of them.
Erin looks at me, unsure what to say or do, because she's confused about what the issue is when Tash isn't making an effort to connect with any of the boys on a romantic level.
"And I feel really blind sided by Cass," Tash bitches, which is a red flag to me.
"I've had a funny feeling about her the last few days and maybe that's why I've had a funny feeling, cos she's been liking Josh," she continues, but I decide I've had enough and get up, going to head downstairs.
"What, gonna run off and gossip to everyone?" Tash says out of the blue, rather loudly so people downstairs can hear as well and look up to the balcony.
"No, but right now you're loud enough for everyone to hear, so might as well do the same. You're jealous, and I'm not gonna sit here and listen to you badmouth Cass when clearly you don't think I'm worthy of your attention anymore, and she doesn't deserve you being a bitch!" I explode. "She is doing exactly what we are all here for, reaching out, forming connections and looking to find love! So is Mac, and she just got here! If Jax and her have a connection let them do their thing! It is no one else's fault that you are perfectly happy to spend your days outside tanning and playing friendship island, while the rest of us came here looking for someone to call a life partner."
"Excuse me, I am looking for love-" she says but I call bullshit.
"Then act like it! Instead of being an entitled brat when her safety net is taken away because God forbid they like someone else!" I exclaim.
For once she has nothing to say, so I continue downstairs into the kitchen. I look up and see Erin subtly giving me a thumbs up next to her leg, signalling I said exactly what she's been thinking and the people in the kitchen are all quietly clapping.
"She's been pissing me off, like how can you expect someone to want you when you aren't making any efforts except to lie on the daybeds and melt?" Millie voices her thoughts.
"Trust me, her attitude when I was starting out with John was already bad enough, but this possessive shit is next level, and for what? She's got nothing in common with them and is only using them to stay in the game. I don't find her genuine," I say, sitting between Millie and Justin who both moved to the side when I walked over and patted the spot between them.
I sit with my legs either side of the bench and lean my back onto Justin's chest, after checking that he's ok with that, and then Millie does the same so we're in a cuddle train. Jax and Mac come over and join us at the table.
"You really are the mama bear of the villa!" Mac exclaims.
"Haha well when you go for one of my baby's, mama bear gets angry," I say, fake growling making the four, and Grant, Tayla and Cass laugh as they are also sat with us. "But Tash ain't one of my cubs no more. Not after that."
