HANA
"Is this the little one?" Hana smiles as a small shih tzu began jumping up and down in her leg. She kneeled down to pat its head. "Oh so it's a she."
Jihoon snickers. "Yes, her name is Aya and she's a sweetheart since she's only one year old." He hands her its leash and a little bag filled with dog treats. "How long can you watch over her?"
"Depends, how long are you going to be busy?" She asked him.
"one to two hours, is that alright?" He replies. She answered his question with a nod. "Okay, so I'll see you later to pick Aya up. Have fun!" She watched as Jihoon walked away from her.
Hana gazed at the dog in the ground and she noticed she was staring at the direction where Jihoon headed. She pouts and kneels again to pat the dog in the head. "We'll have fun today, Aya. Don't worry about your dad, he's busy taking care of something."
It didn't take the dog long enough to warm up to her. Hana held the leash firmly as she let Aya pull her to wherever direction she wanted to go. The park was filled with other people walking their dogs and having dates with their special person. Even though Heeseung couldn't accompany her for the day, he did promise to give her a ride once she's done taking care of Jihoon's dog.
She did notice Aya was a very quiet dog, she never barked at anything and she didn't run. At least Hana didn't have to waste that much energy in taking care of her. Compared to Jake's dog, his was more loving to her while Aya was more shy.
"Here Aya, let's sit for a while." Hana sits on the bench and puts Aya on her lap. "Here I'll give you a treat for being a good girl." She smiled, grabbing a snack from the bag Jihoon gave her. She grabbed her phone and took a picture of her and the dog.
She sent the picture to Heeseung to let him know that she's having fun taking care of the little shih tzu eating in her lap. He sent her a picture of him while holding a book to show her what he's doing. Chuckling because of his text, Aya suddenly moved, as if she was trying to read what was written on her phone.
"Are you trying to read my phone?" Hana giggles. "This is my boyfriend, he's handsome right?"
Goodness, what am I saying to a dog?
As she texted Heeseung, the shih tzu continued to look on her phone. Hana didn't mind really, in fact she even found it adorable because she stayed quiet as the conversation between the couple went on. Whenever she would type something dumb, the dog would suddenly bark at her.
