Looking out of the hotel window in Paris, Chaeyoung had the urge to just sit back and relax or take a million pictures of the scenery infront of her at the same time. There was something about Paris that was difficult to describe. The beauty, the elegance and the waft of baked goods in the street all making you fall in love with the city. The city of Love they call it. It was true. Thousands of couples were spotted as you walked by a street to get somewhere. Though South Korea wasn't that tolerant to that level of PDA, there was something freeing to glance them. Them looking at each other like nothing else in the world mattered.

That made her realise that she didn't have that sparkle in her eyes or felt the drumming of her heart or felt like the world had dissolved and come to a hault around Chanyeol. It was mostly just anxiety of getting caught by fans and the company, watching his interest in her fade overtime which she looked over in hopes of things getting better and just lack of everything that books and movies or even her members described as being in love is. Whether it was watching Lisa and Bambam, Jennie and Kai or Jisoo and Jinyoung persue their flourishing relationships with a different attitude in life, she had to admit she was jealous. Jealous not of their happiness but of the work their boyfriends were willing to put in to make it work and make it seem more normal couple-ish. Yes they too had the fear of being caught but that didn't hamper their spirit.

But she smiled at her looking at the pictures she took. It was around 3 am yet sleep eluded her like always. Without hesitation, she pushed the button to send the image she took to Jungkook.

Jungkook.

Their random meeting seven months ago had resulted in an unexpected friendship with idol who was the cause of the constant butterflies in her stomach. There was something about him which put her at ease and made her nervous. In a good way. Though they had not gotten a chance to meet again due to both groups being on their world tour, they kept in touch with talking on phone and messaging on a daily basis.

Which seemed bizzare. They were on completely different time zones so the replies were delayed but they were there.

The notification of a message brought her out of her thoughts.
