How did i get so lucky in love?? I have been asking myself this question for the past 3 months since we have started dating.
Life has never been so enduring and peaceful, it feels like we have been part of each other's life was so long. Nothing seems new but everything feels great with her.
In my past relationships i gave my 100 percent but never got back much but here with Mia my efforts reflects in her actions and words. We sure fight like couples but usually she scolds me when i dont take care of myself or don't get enough sleep.
In my past relationships my other partner would get angry cause i dont spend time with them or i am always busy. But Mia understands the trajectory of my work and rather than sulking when we meet she makes most of the time.
We haven't said i love you to each other yet but we show it every now and then. I want to scream I LOVE YOU to her but i dont want to scare her away with my random stupidity.
I always longed to be here with someone by my side. Now i am laying my head on her stomach while she is massaging her fingers through my hair and grading papers with her other hand. It's 3 in the afternoon and we are together in her apartment, the heat outside is scrouching so we decided to stay in.
"We are still meeting chris and Mackie' right seb?? Her words bought me back to reality from my thoughts.
I plopped up laying by her side now and said "Yeah, how much papers are left??" I ask looking over her shoulder. "I am finished!" She said turning over to me.
I took her in my arms comfortably while we kissed for a while and then she layed on my arm while we napped.
All four of us were settled in a cafe laughing so hard that my stomach was hurting so bad. Mia met chris and Mackie after a short while when i proposed her and all three of them connected very well and we usually hangout when we all are in town.
"Your boyfriend here was like a cinnamon roll when we first shot the capt.america movie!!!" Chris said laughing.
Mia looked at me in admiration and squeezed my cheeks with her fingers like i am a baby " What are you talking about, he is still a cinnamon roll chris!!!" She said making all of us laugh.
The banter continued for a while when Mackie said "You are a hard catch Mia, no shit this dork fell in love with you!". It took him a second to realize what he just said cause chris and Mackie knows I haven't said i love you to her yet. I looked at him with anger to change the topic when chris got hold of the situation.
When i looked at her i expected her to be nervous or you know just run away knowing that i love her in few months but she surprised me and looked at me gently smiling, she leaned towards me and kissed me on my lips.
When we all were finished we said our goodbyes and drove back to her place i dint said anything untill we were at the apartment. "Mia, i just wanted to say about what mackie said—" She putted her finger on my lips to shut me and hugged me and then whispered in my ear " i love you too seb".
A broad smiled plastered on my face and i hugged her tightly bringer her closer feeling elited that she felt same.
