2 months later

Caroline's P.O.V

"Stefan, they are hiding something from us and it kills me. They've also avoided us. And my food tastes weird."

"I'm going to go over to my house later, I'll talk to them. Whatever is we'll find out." I nodded and burrowed my head into Stefan's chest.

Bonnie's P.O.V

"Elena, I've been putting the herbs in her food, she should go into labour soon, the intense blood cravings haven't started yet. So I'd say it's time."

"Bonnie, have you thought this through?"

"Yes Elena. Where's Damon? We need to be there for caroline today."

"No. Bonnie. What's gotten into you. Ever since you've gotten back from Kai's prison world."

"I'm fine Elena, I want to help Caroline."

"Then let's help her, we need to tell her what's going to happen."

"I know what's going to happen, it's not what I told you before. I have spells that'll control her. I know what I'm doing."

"Bonnie-"

"Elena. I know what I'm doing." I decided to just go and get Damon.

Stefan's P.O.V

I was preparing food for my now 7 month pregnant vampire girlfriend, never thought I'd say that, but it's actually happening. We still haven't thought of any names, which is ridiculous because there's only a couple of months left, I've chosen some out, like Lila Adeline Salvatore or Alice Piper Salvatore for a girl and Max Salvatore for a boy, but Caroline is extremely particular, so waved them off.

I put the spaghetti in the now boiling water and sat at the kitchen table. My face went straight into my hands, at last a break. As much as I love Caroline, she can be pushy and well I'm happy to help, whenever she needs, but I do need a break once in a while. I sat back and shut my eyes. At that precise moment the door flung open. I vamped to the door to find the three I most needed to see.

Damon. Elena. Bonnie.

"Where's Caroline?" Bonnie asked before evening greeting me.

"She's upstairs. Sleeping. Don't wake her, she's stressing, she is craving blood, a lot of it recently." I watched and Elena and Bonnie gave each other concerned looks. "What does that mean."

"She's a vampire, who can't drink blood, she's going to be hungry." Bonnie replied. I shrugged it off and sat on the sofa.

"I'm glad you showed, it saved me a trip to you. Why have you been avoiding us?"

"We're not, brother."

"Really, you used to be around everyday, asking how Caroline was, coming up with names. Then you need to tell us something, which Bonnie prevents you from doing and we haven't heard from you since. I'd like to know what's going on."

"Ssh, Stefan. Do you hear that?" I quietened down and listened.

"Stefan! Ow, Stefa-" it was Caroline. I widened my eyes and vamped upstairs. I opened our bedroom door and saw Caroline. A Caroline I didn't recognise. She was covered in blood. Her blood? I don't know.

"Caroline, what happened?"

"Get this baby out of me stefan. I need to feed."

"Alright, calm down. Bonnie!"

Bonnie came in a minute later, already chanting a spell that instantly put Caroline unconscious. "What did you do?"

"Stopped her from pulling the baby out herself." I was shocked, this didn't seem like Caroline, Caroline loved this baby, even when they were unborn.

"She'll wake in a minute and forget what just happened."

I sat next to Caroline and grabbed her now cold hand. "Bonnie she's really cold."

"She'll be fine."

So I think the next chapter will reveal all, so keep on watching out for the update :) hope you liked this chapter.

Oh yeah and just to add, I know I said at the start that it all happened as it did after season 6 episode 14, it's true, except Bonnie came back before that, instead of after :) just adding that so you don't get confused. I know my facts don't worry :)
