We went back to the moiuntain I had Orcist in my belt and I couldn't go back in there I sat near the gate and Balin walked towards me. I had cleaned up a bit but blood still stained my dress.

"Lass are you alright? We're having a feast tonight.  He would want you to be there."

"I know he would Balin but I can't go back there. I'll mis him I loved him very much but life will never be the same and if I stay here I'll only see their facexs everywhere I turn. I need to leave. Tell everyone I said goodbye." I said.

"Tell them yourself." Balin said and I looked behind me to see the remainders of the company.

"I will miss you all so much." I said to them and hugged each one of them. They each gave her a gift.

"We'll miss you too lass." Bofur said and handed me a wooden carved toy of Thorin.

"Thank you." I said trying to dry my tears.

" Here, I made this before the battle." Ori said handing me a cardigan.

"Thank you."

"Something for the road." Bombur said handing me a basket of cookies and other treats.

"A little something to help you sleep and something for your wounds." Oin handed me two bottles and some bandaages.

"Some money for your travels." Gloin said handed me a small sack of coins. Bifur said something in Khuzdul and hugged me tightly.

"One of my handkercheifs." Ori said handing me a silk square.

"Thorin wanted you to have this lass." Dwalin said and handed me a fur coat. It was Thorin's I wrapped it around my body.

"Thank you all so much. I cannot possibly explain how I feel at the moment but I'll  never forget what we've lsot today, who we've lost today. I'll miss you all."

"There's one more thing lass." Balin said and handed me a small wooden box. "He found it, it was his mother's." He said and there was a dwarvish necklace. it was beautiful.

"Thank you so much." I said and hugged the older dwarf. "I must go." I said wiping away my tears and climbing onto a white horse. This was it. I waved one last time and rode away before running into my uncle and gandalf.

"Elanor, where will you go?" The wizard asked.

"I'm going to Rivendell. I would go to your realm uncle but that forest is sick. Elrond told me I was welcome but I will visit again someday. Right now I need to be alone."

"I understand. I have felt that way for much of my life." My uncle said and went towards me. "Have this remember your homeland." He said and handing me one of his rings.

"Thank you uncle. Gandalf I hope to see you again, will you tell Bilbo where I  went? I don't want him to worry. He's had enough today."

"Of course dear, good by Elanor and good luck." Gandalf saidand I nodded to my uncle. I looped his ring onto my chain Orcist was sheathed along with my pearl sword. My daggers and I rode off.  I couldn't stop to rest. Everytime I went to sleep I dreamed of Thorin, Fili, and Kili. I kept riding only stopping to water and rest my horse. I got to rivendell within a month stopping in the small towns. Elrond welcomed me with open arms to which I was grateful. The first two weeks I stayed in my room and sobbed but I finally got out one day and picked myself up and picked up Orcist. I swung and practised and practised. Thorin owuld be remembered in my heart. This I would make sure of. I would remember the dwarf that was unexpectedly thrown into my life and the dwarf that I loved truly.
