Chapter 2

XX On the Hogwarts express XX

Standing on the platform I was looking everywhere for our friends I spotted Hermione and ran over. "Hermione!"

She turned but I saw the hurt I her eyes seeing me. "Wait! Let me explain."

"What could you possibly say about how you acted to justify it?" I sighed.

"You know Lucius is kinda like my stepfather so I cant act like your or the others friend when he's around, I cant even be nice to you thats why I kept quiet."

"And Draco whats his excuse for telling his Dad about me?" I could tell the mudblood comment had really hurt her. "He didn't not exactly atleast. Your grades where beter than his in most lessons so Lucius asked why and who you were. Draco just said you were a muggleborn not a mudblood."

I knew I couldnt go into detail about how angry Lucius had gotten with his heir for being beaten by a 'lesser witch' as he put it.

"Okay come on lets get on the train, but don't do something like this again"

(foreshadowing? whats that?)

As we ot into a compartment we realized two people where missing. "Wheres Harry and Ron?" Pheonix asked.

"You don't think they missed the train right?" Katie inquired. Suddenly The twins popped their heads in. "You lot haven't seen Ronniekins have you?" We all shook our heads worried now. "Didn't he go through the barrier with you guys?" Hermione looked at them as they answered in negative. "No we went first after Percy and mum and dad took Ginny."

We shared wide eyed looks if no-ones seen them then... They've missed the train!

"Guys calm down." Audrey intoned. "They probably waited for Mr and Mrs Weasley and they'll take them by floo or something." We nodded calming down, realising that she was probably right.

XX time skip cause authors lazy af XX

We got to Hogwarts all sitting at our house tables to watch the sorting. I felt a sharp jab at my ribs and glared at draco when I realised hed elbowed me. "What?" I hissed, when he pointed at the griffindor table where there was still no sighn of the missing lions.

"Odd maybe they are just not here yet it takes about 10 hours to drive to scotland so they probably wont be here yet." I whispered, mouthing to the others 'don't worry'.

Rons little sister ginny got into griffinor, of course, and once we'd eaten we made our way to bed hoping to see our friends the next morning.
