CHAPTER SEVENTEEN -
ROMANTIC GETAWAY ! (?)
____

"ARE YOU BUSY FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK, Y/N?" Historia asked you out of the blue. She knew that today the flower shop was closed and you had nothing much to do except to deliver a few orders out to some people.

"Nope, and you know that. Why?" You raised a brow, confused why she would ask something like that when she knew the answer to that.

"Wellllll. Since it's your one week break, I've decided that we're going to hire my sister as a worker here for a little bit and all take a trip away from the countryside!" She gushed about it.

"Really? Aren't those kinds of getaways like, hella expensive?" You asked, wishing that you would've pitched in. You didn't want her to go broke.

"Yeah, but everyone pitched in." She said as she finished watering some of the display plants.

That made you question, did everyone pitch in except for you? And specifically, who is everyone?

"Everyone? Who's going?"

"You, me, Ymir, Jean, Connie, Eren, Mikasa, Sasha and Armin." She grinned.

They were all plotting something, weren't they? And it was awfully obvious.

"You're planning something aren't you." You asked her as her grin turned into a playful smirk. It was rare to get enough money for these kinds fo things. Going to the city just for a mini-week getaway must've been expensive.

"Ugh, I didn't pitch in." You drooped feeling ashamed for not knowing about it sooner. You swore you would've tried harder to give more if you had knew.

"Stop fussing over that, don't worry about it. This trip is for the all of us. To relax. Not worry about some stupid fees we didn't pay." She mommed you around, lightly smacking you on the head.

That was something she was fairly good at. Momming people around.

"So stop worrying. And start packing. We're leaving in two days." She tells you as she places the glass vase with roses onto the checkout counter.

"Okay, are you sure you're fine with handling the counter while I pack? I could always do it—"

"Yes, I'm sure," She cut you off. "now go!" She pushed you up the stairs as a huddle of customers started coming in, the bell ringing starting to make your head hurt.

There wasn't much to pack since you didn't have a lot, but you would have to pack clothes, is all you could think of.

"Need help?" Jean said entering your room, giving you a fright.
