*EHHHHHHH!* *EHHHHHHH!* what a cursed sound. I rolled my lazy ass out of bed with a groan and wrapped my exposed body in a fluffy robe.

The wood felt cold under my feet as I walked to the kitchen.

This is gonna be a pain if I do it alone.

I created illusions of myself for a few extra pairs of hands and got to it.

By 7:50 I was at his house with my heavy backpack in tow. I’d decided to take my bike rather than walk because I’m a lazy hoe.

Her engine choked to a stop as I pulled up the narrow driveway. My helmet retracted as I stepped up to the door to knock.

Before I could even make contact, the door was practically ripped from its hinges.

“Kagami! Good morning, sweetheart!” Mama bakugou pulled me into the house.

I took in the lavish entry way. A massive chandelier hung above us, casting tiny rainbows across the whole space. Steps lead up to a balcony staircase which I’d guessed lead to the bedrooms based off of my crude knowledge of the house’s layout.

“Good morning Mama Bakugou!” The backpack shifted on my back, “I’m here to collect your troubled offspring.”

She chuckled and gave me a big bear hug, “Finally! I thought I’d never get rid of that idiot. At least he finally let you come over.”

“I know right?! It’s like he’s embarrassed of me or something.”

“Couldn’t imagine why.” She pulled away, “How have you been, kid? If Katsuki has been giving you trouble, I can rough him up a bit.”

“As fun as that would be to watch, he’s actually been pretty tolerable.” I shot her a toothy grin, “I’ve been pretty good though. How about you and Mr. Bakugou?”

“Eh,” her lip curled up in disgust, “We’ve been managing. Work stuff has called for long hours and high stress, but that’s nothing new.”

“Damn. Let me know if you want to go grab some grub or something to destress” I frowned as I tried to think of things that would make life easier for them, “Oh! Or we could hit up the hot springs? A friend of mine gave me a bunch of tickets a while back and I never got around to using them.” Technically it was for a job, but friendship could have bloomed during the mission. You never know.

Mama Bakugou's eyes lit up at my suggestion, “I swear you keep me young.”  Stomping reverberated above us and she leaned in, “And you keep the demon in check. Speaking of which, that spicy curry recipe you gave me was delicious. Katsuki even asked me to make it again.”

“WHAT DID YOU SAY ABOUT ME, HAG?!” At the top of the steps stood a groggy, half clothed bakugou.

“DAMMIT KATSUKI! PUT SOME CLOTHES ON BEFORE YOU SCARE KAGAMI AWAY!”

My eyes trailed over his exposed skin, “I don’t mind.”

His eyes shifted to me and widened slightly before settling into a scowl, “You were supposed to get here at 8.”

“I got boreeeedddd and thank the lord I did. Plus I brought breakfast for everyone.” I tore my attention away from Katsu’s abs and turned to his mother, “Assuming you haven’t eaten yet.”

“That’s so thoughtful of you, dear!” Mitsuki cheered, “You’re just in time to save me the trouble. Bless.”

I slung my backpack to the front and patted it, “We should eat before it gets cold then.”

“Agreed!” she pushed me towards the dining room, glancing back to look at her son, “Put on some fucking clothes and get your father.”

“Tch. Whatever.”
