You’ve gotta be kidding me.
I’ve spent the last 15 minutes listening to Tomura bitch about how his little plan didn’t go how he thought it would.
I, of course, was still in character as Glitch and told him I went to get healed when All Might showed up because I wasn't gonna ‘die for his cause’.
He got over it fairly quickly when I, in turn, bitched about losing to Kai.
“Stop being a baby, Shigaraki. You’re missing the point!” I slammed my fist against the table, “Kai, that green haired boy, Endeavour’s kid, all the rest of those students. They beat your guys like they were nothing! A couple of kids.” Scoffing, I opened up a holoscreen to show them the news broadcasts displaying the incident, “Now that the league's name is on the map, we need to do some serious recruiting.”
His brittle fingers scratched his neck raw as I spoke, tiny flakes of skin falling from him.
I know he’s a villain, but I’m about to make him a special skin cream. Watching this shit will make you lose your appetite.
“The strength of the students was unforeseeable. I’d expected Kai to cause issues, but she seems much stronger and more willing to fight then the last time we saw her.” Damn straight. I’ll rock your shit, no hesitation crusty. “However, she froze up when it came to hurting you.”
Ope…
“Fuck her! I wish she would’ve fought me full on.” I growled, crushing a can of beer in my hand, “I should’ve taken her head when I had the chance.”
Tomura hissed out a laugh, “She’s too strong for you alone, didn’t you learn that already. She may have let you wound her, but every single one had already been calculated.” He’s not wrong doooeee. I won’t lie. “Had you actually tried to kill her, you would’ve been met with the same claws that tore your heart out the first time.”
“Fuck you too you crusty ass bitch! I didn’t see you doing much better.” I scowled and went to grab another can, “At least I didn’t freeze when she tried to butter me up with meaningless words.”
We went back and forth for another half hour before I got frustrated and left. Kurogiri did literally nothing to stop our bickering, just watched in disappointment.
Best babysitter ever. Just thought I’d put that out there.

I didn’t sleep. No shock there. I was too busy working on the contacts and answering useless texts.
At least the boys all made it home safe.
Dad was supposed to be discharged soon too.
Everyone in the class was still blowing up my phone, but it was mostly about class being canceled today.
“Yo Glitch, I gotta go to school in an hour for the meeting. How’re we doing on the final bit of programming?” I barely looked up from where I was texting Nezu to see her skipping over.
“Done!” She cheered, followed by a high five.
“Oh whoopie! You guys finally finished your useless project. Meanwhile, Joohan is about to tear out Sungwoo’s heart and stomp all over it!” Karma threw popcorn at the computer screen, “You useless bastard. I knew she should’ve gone for Jaehyun.”
Glitch leaned in close, “We should’ve never introduced him to Kdramas. Homie is a mess.”
“I know right.” I shook my head, “So sad.”
After a bit of tweaking, we started the prototype testing. Think Ironman’s helmet programming, but without all the flashy chrome.
I’d finally be able to keep on top of things while at school without whipping out my phone every five seconds.
