XXV - Awkward... Awkward... Awkward...

They both fell silent after Yoongi answered the intercom. Y/N is switching her gaze from the window down to her feet. It however made her dizzy causing her to fall back on her seat.

Yoongi seeing this got worried.
Yoongi: Your head hurt? You should not look outsid)e or else the shift in scenery will make you dizzy. Just close your eyes. We're almost there. I'll buy you a soup.

Y/N who's to weak to respond just let out a "Hmm". What's worse than being on a long roadtrip with hangover? It's being in a long roadtrip, with hangover, and awkward situation with a guy after a make out.
"KMN" in Y/N's head.

They've reached the restaurant and the driver called for Yoongi. He gave Mr. Jung instructions on what to buy since he cannot go out.

After 30 minutes, Mr. Jung came back with paper bags full of food. Yoongi told him that he can eat first before he drives again but Mr. Jung said he's still full.

Yoongi just nodded and went back to his and Y/N's seat. Y/N is now asleep (or is she?). He doesn't want to wake her again but she has to eat something so she can drink another medicine.

Yoongi: Y/N, *shaking her a little* I'm really sorry for waking you up again but the soup is here. This is good for hangover.

Y/N: I'm good. *answering without opening her eyes*

Yoongi: OK, I get how you feel. I am feeling weird my self but you have to put something in your stomach. You haven't had decent breakfast.

Y/N still didn't budge and didn't even say anything this time.

Yoongi sighed and raked his finger through his hair before talking.

Yoongi: I think it's time to test whether a kiss can really wake a Sleeping Beauty up. I've always been curious...

Hearing this, Y/N opened her eyes right away, moved and took the paper bag. Yoongi was laughing so hard watching her while she's fixing her food on the tray table that Yoongi already opened for her.

Yoongi: That was quick. I guess I'm a bad kisser. *saying in between laughs*

Y/N didn't say anything. But in her head "Wtf! You are so good. Exactly why I don't want another one. I might get love drunk if I'll have one more shot of your kiss, dumb-dumb."

They are now both eating silently. From time to time they would peak at each other until their eyes met. Yoongi scoffed and broke the silence.

Yoongi: You are awefully quiet... I mean, you usually do not talk when you are around me - which by the way hurts me - but this time, you are just extra silent.

Y/N's mind: "wait, what??? Me not speaking hurts him??? Also, why aren't he awkward about what happened?" Her eyes grew so big upon hearing his words. Luckily her hair is covering her face. She was butt

Yoongi just went on not knowing what she's thinking.
"I really envy the way you talk to Jimin and the guys. It makes me think I am just unlikable."

Y/N's mind: "Seriously? He doesn't know how adorable he is even when his just spacing out? You just don't know how much I like you?"
"Oh shit!" - this said out loud when she realized she finally admitted it. The golden rule, she broke it. She right away collected her self.

Yoongi: Why? Why?

Y/N: No-nothing. The soup was hot. It caught me off guard.

Yoongi: Huh? Really? Mine's cold now... Hmmm...

Y/N: What were you saying before you got cut off? I'm sorry. *attempt to change the topic*

Yoongi: I was just saying that I wish you can also get comfortable around me specially that I might have to keep you around this coming days. Good thing my plan worked.

The first statement had Y/N worried but the last statement made them instantly look at each other with both eyes wide. 👀

Yoongi's mind: WTF did I just say...

Y/N: Hold up... Plan? You mean...

Yoongi: Yes... I planned the delay... *scratching his head*
He just simply admitted since he knows denying it has no use...
