II - Dream come true?

The next morning Y/N got a call from H again telling her that she passed the interview and that she is in for a job offer. She immediately got up, prepped and went to the company.

There she saw Kiro and Namji and they congratulated each other. Apparently, the other 2 snobs also got the offer and she saw their judging and questioning eyes fixed at her.

Time skip.

They were called to the office and was told what their job will be.

Staff: Welcome to H. You will have different job titles and will be assigned to different groups. Here are your job descriptions and if you agree, your training will start tomorrow.

Y/N: (Eyes wide in confusion) what does an Appointment Scheduler do?

All 5 heads turned to her and the other 4 was so suprised that she got one of the jobs that can get closest to the artist.

Staff: *Chuckled* You will coordinate XTX appointments like photoshoots, interviews, etc. Should there be any problem causing delays, you will have to fix it or rearrange the schedule and call the other party affected.

Y/N: Am I being punished for doing a very bad interview yesterday? 😅

Staff: *laughing* It's actually the other way around. The person who gave you that job thinks that you are capable enough to find ways given your background.

Y/N: Thank you for the trust. (Tone mix of hesitation and shyness)

Time skip.

They all signed the J.O. Kiro was assigned as wardrobe assistant for GF and Namji was assigned to 18 as a PA. And the other 2? Nevermind... But none of them were assigned to Tannies...

1 week has passed since training started and each day, Y/N comes home tired and sometimes, crying even. Being an scheduler, even for a new and not yet so busy group, isn't easy.

Y/N: It's ok. Even if it's not Tannies, still, I'm helping the label they carry. Fighting!

Months has passed and Y/N is now getting the hang of it. She can now handle XTXs schedule on her own. She now make calls to TV stations without needing to be told or assisted. Like what she said she learns fast.

Y/N: Hmmm.. I haven't seen a single soul of Tannies. Just any of my 7 boys, please... Just to recharge my motivation to work.

She still misses meals though just to cope up with work load given.

Time skip...

It has been 7 months since Y/N worked as Appointment Scheduler for XTX and they are gaining more and more fans and are getting more famous. She sees their hardwork so she respects and love them the same way she did with Tannies. In fact, her attention is starting to shift.

One day, Y/N was called to the head quarters...

Y/N: *talking to herself* y/n... What is it this time??? What stupidity have you done this time? Come on, think! For once use your brain! *poking her head with her knuckles as she always do when she scolds herself*

She reached the Head's office and nervously entered when she was asked.

Head Manager: Y/N, sorry for the short notice but I have to lend you to Tannies for 2 days starting today. Their A.S has been sick for a week now and their schedule is now a mess.

Y/N: what? Sir, are you being serious right now?

HM: Do we have a problem with that?

Y/N: No, that's not what I mean, sir. But technically, I'm still a newby and you said their schedule is already a mess... How could you entrust such heavy responsibility to me?

HM: Are you questioning my authority and capacity to decide right now, Ms. Y/N Y/S? Should I terminate your contract early?

Y/N: No, No sir (in an apologetic tone). I just wanted to make sure you weren't mistaken.

HM: Sejin is waiting for you. Please go to their meeting room right now.

Y/N: *just frozen and unable to move. Staring at her HM who is now glaring at her.* Ye-Yes, sir...

Y/N went out with trembling knees. She doesn't know whether she is excited or scared.

Y/N: is this for real? Am I really gonna work for them? But what if I mess this up? OMG!!! (In a very loud voice)

Everyone in the hallway looked at her and she walked very fast towards the elevator and pressed 14th floor, Tannies's floor.
