Loud cheers sprayed through the big theater, as the orchestra finished up their piece. A classic really. Vivaldi Four seasons: Winter. It was currently fall, so I guess it fit the theme.

Me, Julian, his parents, my parents and Giveon's mother all sat in the front row. I didn't know where the hell Lizzy or Andrea were, but the performance was about to start.

"I'm about to grab some popcorn, wanna come?" My mother whispers in my ear, making me nod as we both got up and scooted past everyone that was seated.

"So how was your day with Julian." She grins, and wiggles her eye brows. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at the cringe act she'd just done.

"Great. We got some coffee, and I played mrs match maker." I smiled.

"Ohh. Whose the lucky girl." She questions as we stand in the concessions line.

"A girl named Jatavia. She's the cashier. Very pretty, and black." I chuckle, causing my mothers eyes to widen.

"He has a thing for woman of color I see. How nice." She smiles in satisfaction.

"Yeah but she has a kid." I frown, making her do the same.

"So? A real man will love a woman for all of her flaws and baggage. A kid is a blessing, and every child deserves a father figure. Especially if he isn't in the child's life." My mother says before we step up to the stand, and order our popcorn.

She had a point.

"Hey I'm gonna go use the lady's room, I'll meet you in the theater." I tell my mother, making her nod before we part ways.

As I'm about to open the bathroom door, it swings open; revealing no one other than a flustered looking Andrea.

The way she slowly wipes the corner of her mouth, with the long plastic acrylic nail she had glued to her real nails, made her look suspicious.

"It's you." She states with a tone of disgust. I squint my eyes, as she scoffs and pushes past me.

"Forget som- oh h-hey GG. I'm happy you came." Lizzy smiles brightly, exposing her pearly whites.

What was she hiding ?

I stared at her for a second, before pushing whatever suspicion I had behind me. Tonight's about Giveon, and Julians right... I know nothing about this group of friends, and somethings telling me I'd like to keep it that way.

"Yeah I couldn't miss it. I love watching ballet dancers perform, besides I am a new member to the friend group, so I couldn't miss out on Giveon's performance." I smiled.

"That's sweet really. Listen, I came in here to touch up some makeup. The recital should be starting soon, so I'll see you inside there." She smiles, making me nod.

Right when I'm about to enter a stall, and she's leaving out, she stops and calls out for me.

"You're coming to our dinner after right? It's at Giveon's penthouse." She cheeses. I couldn't help but stare at her with a small gleam of amusement.

"Yeah sure. I'll ride with Julian if it's fine."

"Nonsense. You'd have to ride with Giveon, seen as how me and Andrea Ubered over here." She smirks.

I know what the hell she's doing.

"I'm sure Julian can fit an extra person in his car." I state innocently, as I place my hand on my hip and balance my weight on my right leg.

"Yes but you wouldn't want Giveon riding alone." She states with a wink, before leaving out and making her way back to the theater.

I let out a sigh, before carrying along with my business.

Once I'm finished, I wash and dry my hands, then make my way back to the theater.

I wasn't sure what song he played, seen as how I came out once the performance had already started. But it was now the end, and I must say that I'm very impressed.

He didn't mess up once, and if he did, he must've played it off wonderfully. The dancers were magnificent. They were all beautiful, and stayed on key.

As the curtain closes, everyone in the audiences stands to their feet and begins exiting the theater.

"Dinner at Giveon's." I tell my parents. My mother nods, giving me a small smile.

"Don't be out too late." My father states a bit to sternly.

"Chris she's an adult. Let her live." My mother scolds, making him sigh in defeat. I love how he still tries to father me, but she's right, I am grown now.

I'm no longer daddy's little girl, and he needs to learn to accept that.

"Have fun baby." My mother says before planting a kiss on my cheek, and meeting up with Mrs Monet and Mrs Moulin.

"Don't do anything stupid." He says raising his right brow, before pulling me in for a hug. He rubs my back, then let's go as he then goes to meet up with Mr Monet.

"Come on, we're meeting Giveon backstage." Julian says, as he follows behind Andrea.

As we reach the less crowded halls, we enter the backstage area where he sits on his phone, and eats a plate of green grapes.

"You did so good baby!"Andrea beams, as she jumps on his lap and places a kiss on his lips. I stare at the entire scene in confusion, as he kisses her back and smiles into her lips.

So were they together or not?

Julian clears his throat, catching their attention as he then goes into congratulating him, right along with Lizzy.

Everyone's eyes then land on me.

Were they expecting me to give him a compliment on his performance? He knew he did good, so why should I remind him?

"You were amazing." I smiled, making him do the same as he only gives me a nod.

"Your house tonight huh?" Andrea smirks, as she straddles herself on his lap. A scoff is heard beside me, causing me to turn my attention on a clearly irritable Elizabeth.

Her eyes were glued to her phone, but the small frown was visible.

Did she not approve of their relationship? Maybe she'd hope they'd break up because maybe just maybe she's beginning to grow feelings for Giveon.

I gasp loudly, catching everyone's attention. I stood there soaking in my own embarrassment.

"Is there something you'd like to say?" Andrea questions. If looks could kill, I'd be more than 6 feet deep.

"U-uhm no. Something funny just came to my mind... anyways I'm hungry. I'm sure y'all can continue this at your home." I say, while pointing towards Giveon.

He gives me a once over before licking his lips and nodding.

"Trust me it will." Andrea replies in a snarky tone, making me roll my eyes as I put on my coat and follow out an annoyed and agitated Julian and Lizzy.

Don't worry Georgia, it'll only be a couple of minutes of awkward silence in a car with a French God.
