2 weeks later

Today I was taking Sabrina to lunch. I wanted to talk to her about a lot of stuff. Mainly us and seeing how we can work on things. I decided to take my moms advice about the counseling because that's probably what both of us need, mainly me.

I pulled up to her house & blew the horn.

A few minutes later she came out

Sabrina: you so rude! Don't blow no horn

Chris: hey baby

Sabrina: hi honey

She kissed me

I still ain't got none but the kisses are fine with me!

Sabrina: so where are we going?

Chris: Phillipe's

Sabrina: yes!!!

She love this place

The rest of the ride was quiet then we finally got there.

Sabrina: so you said you wanted to talk

Chris: yes, so a couple weeks ago I talked to my mom and she thinks we should try counseling

Sabrina: for what?

Chris: you know it's nothing I want more In this world then being with you and I just wanna make sure that I am the man I need to be

Sabrina: ok so what if counseling doesn't work

Chris: then....I'll just give up, but before I do that I wanna make sure I've done everything I can to make shit right

Sabrina: ok I'll go. But like I said Chris im not rushing anything!

Chris: I know baby

I was so happy she agreed!

This is the first step to making shit right

A few days later

Today was our first counseling session and I was so nervous. I really didn't know what was going to come out of this. What if it doesn't work?

A million questions ran through my mind.

I sat in the office and waited for Sabrina to come.

DrSherry: Once she gets here we'll get started.

Chris: ok

My fucking palms was sweating. I looked at my phone to see if she called or text me.

I was getting ready to see where she was when she came rushing through the door

Sabrina: sorry Chloe gave me a hard time this morning

DrSherry: hello Sabrina

Sabrina: hello

She sat down and I grabbed her hand and kissed it.

DrSherry: I'm happy you two could make it today. So before we start I want to ask you both a question what are you hoping to get out of this? What do you want to happen after the counseling is said and done? Chris you first?

Chris: I'm hoping that this just gets me back to where I'm supposed to be

DrSherry: and where is that exactly

Chris: back with my family

DrSherry: what about you Sabrina?

Sabrina: hopefully something I could use so that I can find it in me to Trust again
