Chapter 18-

Sabrina

I pulled up to my real moms apartment and just sat in the car for a while. The tears poured down my face because I felt so stupid to believe that he would be faithful to me and me only after all of the playing he did with the bitch he was with before me. How could I be so dumb. After crying and crying I finally went up to her. I managed to get her in my old building and she got my old place. I missed living here. It had some crazy memories but I still liked it.

We found my mom a job at a hospital. Before she had got locked up she had just graduated with her degree in Nursing. I'm so proud of her. You could never tell she has been through the things that she went through.

I knocked on the door and she shortly answered.

Lisa: hi honey

I walked in.

Sabrina: what u doing up so early?

I put my bags down and walked in the kitchen

Lisa: I did a double I just got in.

Sabrina: oh ok

Lisa: ok so you have bags, no ring, and your eyes are puffy... What happened?

Sabrina: ma it's 5 in the morning of course my eyes are gonna be puffy and I don't sleep in my ring and can't a girl just spend some time with her mommy

Lisa: ok so you know when your lying right?

Sabrina: lol I'm not lying

Lisa: come on you can talk to me.

Sabrina: I'm just fed up

Lisa: ok sit down and I'll cook u breakfast and tell me everything

I ran through the whole story for her as she cooked for me.

Sabrina: I just can't sit around and look dumb

Lisa: I can't believe Chris

Sabrina: I'm just over it.... This is not how I wanted to spend the week before my birthday

Lisa; and you won't....keep your head up honey this is just a roadblock I know when someone is meant to be and I know you don't want to hear this but Chris is made for you

Sabrina: your right that's not what I wanna hear. Let's talk about something else

Lisa: so what's the birthday plans... Where we partying at?

She started doing some weird dance

Sabrina: first of all lol you are not coming to my party dancing like that & I am supposed to be having a big party in Vegas at Tao! The only bad thing is Chris was throwing it for me and I don't want him around me.

Lisa: don't be like that

Sabrina: ma I wanna be happy and being around him just ain't it

Lisa: ok...here eat, get some rest you need it

Sabrina: ok thanks love u

Lisa: love you too (she kissed my cheek) I'm going to bed.

Sabrina: ok

Lisa: everything Will be fine honey

Sabrina: I hope so

1 week later

It's my birthday!!!! 26 never felt so good. I have had the best week so far. I took a couple vacations, yes a couple and I landed in Vegas yesterday morning! It's just me Jhene and both of my moms.... I haven't been more happier. I don't have to about Chris and his bullshit so that makes things even more better.
