I got off the phone with August i was speechless and completely thrown for a loop i dont know what was different from earlier that changed his feelings. Unanswered questions i asked myself i grew frustrated. I laid in my bed crying the words replayed in my head "He is going to get you pregnant and leave you for someone he has on the side" was he just lying that he loved me? I cried myself to sleep like a child. I really love him and i wanted to be with him but I will not make a fool of myself any further if he doesnt want me then he his loss.

NEXT MORNING

i didnt realize i feel a sleep i slept through the night. I set up on my bed looking at the time it was 1130 i had to start getting ready for orientation at the school. I started to feel sick and had a very nasty taste in my mouth i just thought i needed to brush my teeth i walked in the bathroom gagging over the toilet bowl. I didnt throw up anything i just kept gagging. I got up from off the floor and I did my daily hygiene routine and picked me out something to wear i looked outside from the window and there was a little breeze and sunshine it was nice today so i put on a bodycon dress with a jean jacket. I wore my hair curly putting on my bucket hat with my shades. I really wasnt feeling up to going to this orientation today but i had to suck it up even if i wasn't feeling up to it. My phone started to Ring and i reached for it off my dresser it was Melanie.

Melanie- hey you ready or nah thot

Shuntice- i know yo ass aint talkin (laughin) but yea I'm ready.

Melanie- ight im like literally down the street passing the wing shack.

Shuntice - oh ok well ima be on the porch waiting. I said grabbing my purse.

Melanie- okay oh mah gosh how sad. She said into the phone i was walking down the stairs

Shuntice- what, whats sad?

Melanie- they having a car wash for Jason in the parking lot of Fuel and Mart I cant believe he gone girl its crazy.

Shuntice- yea crazy well lemme get the rest of my things together i will see you in two minutes.

Melanie- aight

We hung up the phone and i went to the kitchen to get me a water and make me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I took my food and got everything together and went outside to wait for her. She pulled up honkin her horn. I got my stuff and hopped in the car.

Shuntice- hey girl

Melanie- well shit bitch we looking pretty damn cute today. She said smiling

Shuntice- thank you, you looking cute too. i just want to hurry up and come home and lay back down i really wasn't feeling good

Melanie- damn girl . She reached over putting her hand on my stomach

Shuntice- what, I looked down

Melanie-yo stomach not that flat anymore aww

Shuntice- i started to smile, oh girl stop it

I got in the car and we were on our way to the school we passed by the car wash and hopped on the freeway. We finally made it to the school we signed into class and they passed us out our scrubs and a few packets about the program with the syllabus for the school year. Orientation lasted for two hours we took a tour of the school, we got our school IDs and our books. Once we finally got out of orientation I was starving.

Melanie- So how was the VA trip you took August with you?

Shuntice- omg girl full of fuckin drama come to find out you remember that bitch Holiday?

Melanie- yea the stripper what about her

Shuntice- well that bitch is my cousin

Melanie- get the fuck out bitch no fuckin way how you find out. Her eyes grew big

Shuntice - well long story short her and i growing up never liked each other so she was bein extra and I really dont remember word for word but bitch was like thats why I fucked yo nigxa and all i remember was firing on her.

Melanie- and where the hell was August punk ass ?

Shuntice- he broke us up sayin what you doin you pregnant and mind you i haven't told nun of my family so big mouth dropped the bomb

Melanie - damn girl i assure Aug didn't realize it.

Shuntice - no he didn't

Melanie- So what happened after you told him she was yo cousin

Shuntice- he aint know she was my cousin and shit like that which he shouldnt of done it in the first place, ya know but it was just crazy the first night.

Melanie - so whats going to happen now what he gone do about providing for the baby is he going to get a job? She said pulling into the Fuel and Mart

Shuntice- ion know we talked bout it the other night he wants to get a place together and i said he need a real job. But i guess that was just a conversation. I said looking out the window

Melanie- whats wrong. She said reaching for my hand.

Shuntice- ion know what happened from that night and a few hours later.

Melanie- what do you mean its ok what happened.

Shuntice- he broke up with me. He told me he loved me and everything was coo ion know what happened from that moment and when he called me later that night.

Melanie- August is a fuckin ass he gone regret it he so fuckin stupid mayne ugh.

We parked the car and she gave the family some money to wash her car. I walked inside the gas station to see what they had to eat i was hungry. I grabbed me a few things mostly unhealthy shit like chocolate, chips, a corndog and a slurpy . I paid for my stuff and walked outside and seen a black car pull up they parked and out came that bitch Alexis from the passenger seat and the driver seat door opened and i saw August getting out. I was fucking pissed as fuck. Melanie noticed and looked at me i walked over to her.

Melanie- what the fuck they doin together?
