Chapter 8-Help

Aria was laid on the floor beside the table with blood covering her face. "ARIA" I screamed and ran towards her, Oliver on my tail. I knelt down beside her, so confused by what had happened. Oliver applied pressure to her head. "I think she fell and banged her head on the table" Oliver stated. "Go and call an ambulance Felicity" he said calmly I think it was to ensure me she would be okay. But all I could focus on was the gash with the blood oozing out of it on her head. There was a lot of blood, so much you could barley see her face any more. "Felicity" Oliver's voice brought me out of my state of panic. "You need to calm down okay" " erm yeah" "go and call and call an ambulance" he said and I shot up for the phone. Oliver took off his jumper and placed it on Aria's head as I was dialling 911. "Hello emergency services operator, which service do you require?"
"Erm ambulance" "is it an emergency" "yes! my... My daughter f..fell and her heads cut. Th...there's a lot of b..blood. Please help" I said through sobs. "Where are you calling from?" "Queen mansion" "ma'am were sorry there's a pile up in North District so all our services are there, but we will get an ambulance to you as soon as possible" "what no I need one now she's bleeding" "we know ma'am and one will be over when there free". I hung the phone up and ran over to Oliver and told him what had happened. He picked up Aria and ran out the door to his car. "Were are we going" I asked desperately. "The hospital" he said while placing Aria in the back seat. I got in with her and placed her head on my lap as I applied pressure.

When we arrived at the hospital Oliver grabbed Aria in his arms and ran in with her. "Help please she's banged her head and it won't stop bleeding" he said pleading for help. I've never seen him so worried, he was genuinely scared for her I could tell by his voice. "Sir we'll take it from here" they said placing her on the gurney and wheeled her down the hall.
