Who I Am

Confusion.

I wake up tied to a chair in a basement. What just happened.... A man walks into the room and i suddenly remember. "Wakey Wakey Livvy." I get a chill and start to panic. "WHERE AM I?" I scream. "You're waiting. Here." "That doesn't answer me as$hole!" He walks away ignoring me. "AHHHH!!!!!" I scream completely annoyed and hoping someone will hear my screams.

Damien walks in. "Hi Liv...." He says quietly looking around. Thats when I realize what is most likely happening. "They want me back don't they?" I say almost in a whisper. "Yes, Liv. I do not know why but as soon as they saw you talk to me they wanted you back. I'm sorry they had to do this, this way."

I think about who took me.. Tall, scary man with a scar going through his eyebrow... Jack? Jason? Jax? What was his freaking name!! "Jace asked me to come apologize to you..." Jace... Duh! "Why didnt he come himself?" "He didn't want you to yell further." "Pússy." "Shhhh... Liv, be careful here."

"Okay. Who was your girlfriend?" I can't remember who it was. "You." I drop open my mouth... Is that how I got into this mess? Did he introduce me to this life? Did noone know? "Me?" I asked completely shocked. "Why didn't you come visit me or tell me or anything?" I can't believe this. "I couldn't. You made me promise that no matter what happened noone could know about us or what we did, by the way im sorry about this. I knew I shouldn't have gotten you into this I just wanted to see you more and have something to do with you. You seemed to enjoy it a lot I don't know if it was genuinely about the work or being with me but I didn't care." I am stunned. So I tell him to come see me later I wanted to rest.

Jace wakes me up to talk. "Hello beautiful." He smiles and I immediately spot two fake teeth. I feel disgust. "Hey boo,you know if you only wanted to talk you coulda called me up and asked to go out for some coffee or somethin'" I say with a faux southern accent. "Stop the act, yes i could have but that would not guarantee that I would get what I want." He winks. "I will come back." I say simply. "When? Where? And how much will I get?" He looks shocked but covers it with a smirk. "Tomorrow night and I'll have Damien send you the address and about 2200." I smile. "Nice business boss." He unties me and yells for Damien. "Make sure she eats, sleeps, and practices. Now take her." Damien looks nervous but takes me in his arms and brings me to his red mercedes. "I remember riding in this." I smile. "I missed you babygirl." I blush and get in. "Whaddya wanna eat?" he asks lazily while pulling out of the parking lot. "TACOS." I yell in his ear basically. He laughs and drives to taco bell and then we go to a gym. "I'm so not excited." "Me either."

We walk into the gym and get to work. Everyone smiles and greets me right away and Damien walks me to the lockers and gives me my clothes to change into. We start lifting weights and running and punching the bags and kicking and the ropes until about 10 at night. He drops me off a little farther down my street so my parents don't see him.

So after I get yelled at by my parents I go to my room to rest.. I can only imagine what tomorrow night will be like. Just like that I fall asleep.

When I wake up I check my phone and Damien texted me.

Hey babygirl.. Text me when youre ready for todays practice.

I text back right then.

Hey babe!!! I'm ready when you're ready!

Alright love. Be there in five. Love you

Love you!!!

Weird how fast I am willing to say I love him and call him babe and am willing to give him and this side of my life a try while im trying to remember who I am. I have my therapy appointment and I think I may talk about Damien to him. I may talk about this side of me but say its a book im reading and ask him what he thinks of it. I honestly can see why I would love Damien though. While we were at the gym we had so much fun and he is the sweetest guy ever, and in this business if you save a little bit every time you can have a lot of money.

I get dressed fast and run outside so I can be outside before hes there. I send a text to my parents saying I'm going out for the day and will most likely spending the night at a new friends house but that ill be safe and i love them.

Damien pulls up and I jump in and hug him. "Hi baby!" He smiles and grabs my hand. "Hello my love. Ready?" I smile and tell him to go. We go to dunkin donuts and because I am a big caramel fan i got a caramel iced coffee and a bacon egg and cheese plain bagel.

We went to the gym and got started. I got really pumped and definitely ready for tonight. I got so excited I even kissed Damien. Which he got really excited with. When It got close to the time we had to go we hugged and got in the car. We drove to the arena where I was about to have my first fight since I started remembering Who I Am.
