Felix's POV...

I scurried up the stairs, in desperate need of food. Usually getting it would be easy, but this place I had visited was really busy, and packed with maids, preparing something that looked like it was for a party of some sort. I was climbing up the steps carefully, when I heard footsteps getting louder and louder. I panicked and started to climb quicker, and then dashed into a room with a small gap in the door. Inside seemed completely different to the entire "castle" - Not only had it not been busy, but it looked like what a normal kid that had no royalty's room would look like. It only had one maid in it. I raced up the bed and sat down, panting. The door swung open and my eyes widened in panic and I looked up. There was a prince there, about my age, and had just came in carrying a bag, and he was coming towards the bed. His maid murmured something to him, but I ignored her. I sped out of the way just in time, because he slumped on to it. I breathed I sigh of relief. But just then, I could smell the delicious smell of donuts! I tried to find where the smell was coming from, and I saw a bag with a tiny gap in it, showing 3 mouthwatering donuts. I scaled up the curtains, being careful not to lose grip - the curtains were black and silky, so it was hard for me not to slip. I was just about to reach the top, when suddenly, I slipped and dropped down. "W-wait no...this can't be happening, it just can't be!" I cried. This was it. I was going to die.

Carlos' POV..

I heard grunting noises coming from somewhere around my window, and then a scream. Alarmed, I quickly placed my doughnut on my desk and sat down closer to the window, listening to what was happening? Was someone in danger out there?I tried to open open my window to hear better, when suddenly, I felt something hit my hand softly...

Felix's POV...

I was falling with speed, horrified at what would happen. I tried to turn around mid air to find a way to avoid getting killed. And then I felt a fleshy grounding. Was I possibly saved? I sat up quickly, and was met with shocked, staring eyes. "What just happened..?" the giant whispered. Giants always treated my kind as pests, or bugs, but they never considered that we were actually human beings, but this one, looked like he had never seen anything like my kind. "What are you?" he said again, bewildered. I was too scared to speak. I thought he was going to throw me across the room or step on me. He grabbed me by the foot and held me in the air upside down. "H-hey there..p-please put m-me d-down..." I stuttered nervously. I didn't want him to know that I was terrified right now, otherwise he might've laughed and held me higher. The giant didn't do anything.

Carlos' POV..

I sat there, holding the strange creature by his foot in my hand. I had never seen anything like it. The creature said something, but I was too perplexed to listen. I then came back to my senses and noticed the creature was horrified, and I suddenly felt bad. "Oh! I'm sorry, let me put you down.." I said, cupping my hands around him. "So..what actually are you?" I asked after he didn't say anything. "I-i'm a tiny.." he uttered nervously. I could see that he was tiny, but I didn't know this creature was actually called a tiny. "What's your name?" I implored calmly. "F-Felix..." he replied. "That's a great name! I'm Carlos." I exclaimed, and reached over to grab him, but when he let out a small whimper, I placed my hand back into a cup shape. A minute passed, and I heard a faint rumble and felt a small vibration in my hands. "Heh, are you hungry?" I chuckled. Felix nodded slowly. "Well that's perfect! I have some donuts here." I exclaimed, reaching for the bag and plucking bits off it for him.
