That last Ali story was kinda poopy so here's a way better one!! :3

I turned off my monitor and sat back in my chair, stretching. Pop! I let out a sigh after I felt my back crack. That felt amazing; nothing like a big stretch after a long workday. This was the longest I had ever stayed. It was spooky with no one else here. I kind of enjoyed the silence though, it was easy to get things done.

Gathering my stuff, I hurried out the door. The dimly lit street was quiet as snowflakes fell from the sky. It was a pretty night despite the clouds that filled the sky. Snow crunched under my shoes as I made my way to the bus stop. I lived pretty far away so I often took the bus home. I could walk if I really felt like it, but I don't. I noticed a man sitting on the snow-covered bench as I got to the stop. I sat down on the other end of the bench and kept my eyes ahead, nervous to glance at him.

A few seconds went by before I pulled out my phone to check the time. '10:12'. Cool, the bus won't be here for almost 58 minutes. This is what I get for working so late, I guess. I dropped my phone back in my bag and folded my arms.

"Damn, it's getting really cold," I mumbled to myself.

I didn't bring a jacket either. Why must I be unprepared? I felt like I was gonna freeze to death before the bus came. I can see the headlines now: Local Man Traumatized From Discovering A Frozen Woman Next To Him. I chuckled at the thought; yeah like they'd put me in the news.

"Um..excuse me, miss? Are you cold," the man next to me asked in slightly broken Korean.

It took me a moment before I finally realized what he was asking.

"I'm okay, thank you," I looked over at him and gave him a slight smile.

Observing his soft features, I felt my cheeks heat up. Damn, he was cute. Seeing his wide smile, my heart fluttered.

"Please take my jacket," he pleaded as he took off his jacket and held it out for me.

"Well...I guess it beats hypothermia," I sighed, taking it from him and putting it on.

"Hypo-what?"

"Never mind," I shook my head, "thanks, by the way. But tell me when you want it back okay?"

He nodded and looked down at the pavement in front of him. He was quiet for a moment, seeming to think about something.

"What's your name," he asked softly.

"Oh, my name? (F/N) (L/N)."

"That's really... what's the word?"

"Uhhhh nice? Unique?"

As I listed possible words, his expression remained confused. His eyes searched around for something that could help. He pointed to a nearby pond, further confusing me.

"Fishy? I don't-"

"PRETTY," he blurted out when he remembered, proudly puffing out his chest.

"Oh," I giggled, "thank you. What's yours?"

"Ali, Ali Abdul," he said, his face full of joy.

"Nice to meet you, Ali," I smiled.

We had already told each other our life stories by the time the bus arrived. Well, maybe not so much, but it was close. There was still plenty to discuss on the bus ride home. It was this time about our goals in life. Both included finding someone to share a life with. He was extremely attractive, so I knew it wouldn't be difficult for him.

"Well...this is my stop," he said, standing up, "don't forget about me okay?"

"I won't," I blushed as he walked away.

I shoved my hands into his jacket pocket, where I found a piece of crumpled paper. Curious, I unfolded it and read it.

'Call me: (insert phone number lul)
Ali Abdul <3'

I smiled and held the paper against my chest. I definitely will.
