Season 4 - Episodes 13, 14 and 15

Episode 13: Captured
Nightwing escapes his cell and then helps Batman escape as they launch a full-scale break out of the vault.
The pair manage to break out all of the prisoners (including Batfamily) and then try to take Rā's on head on but Batman is distracted by Talia al Ghūl and so their plan is foiled.
That manage to retreat but Red Hood chews Batman out for letting their mission down and an argument ensues that gets a little too emotional.

Episode 14: Lazarus
Dick is dreaming when he's confronted by a spirit of Courtney and follows him. In the dream, Courtney encourages him to move on but Dick is reluctant.
When he wakes up, he and the team discover that Rā's is controlling most of America at this point and Gotham is one of the only places not cut off.
Nightwing takes Spoiler, Robin and Batgirl down underneath Gotham to find the Lazarus Pit located underneath there. They eventually find it buried in an underground city called Wonder City. They find the pit and destroy it. When they emerge, they're met with the enormous Wonder Tower. Noting it for later, they return to base and Robin suggests letting all of the prisoners in Arkham Asylum out to turn the tides. After getting the majority of Arkham Asylum patients on their side, the heroes exits Arkham and are ready for a final assault.

Episode 15: Remembrance
The heroes and villains launch an attack on Wonder Tower and discover Rā's and Talia are up there.
Deciding to scale the building together, Nightwing and Batman eventually reach the top where they're met with many armed guards. Though they try to fight, they're taken down and have to have a chat with Rā's who reveals his plan was to eliminate all in Gotham and blow it to the ground to create an new Gotham. The dynamic duo decides that Rā's needs to be stopped but he stabs. Nightwing.
As he's dreaming while dead, he sees Courtney finally saying that he's done it and he's strong. He's finally conquered his grief.
Batman manages to deal with Rā's and Talia as they three tumble out of the tower with Nightwing not too far behind as Batman thought he was dead. He greets his family and friends and make a new suit.
