Episode 10: Legion
Nightwing is caught up in a large-scale battle when Batman asks for his help dealing with the rising League of Assassins presence in Gotham, as he believes Rā's al Ghūl is planning an attack on Gotham and he's right. Rā'a sends so many of his assassins that the pair are overwhelmed but are saved by the rest of the Batfamily, this time including Red Hood. They manage to push the assassins back but they know it's only temporary.
Episode 11: Dream State
Nightwing is hunting down some thugs as he is captured and put into an ideal world where he's with Courtney in happiness. He eventually discovers it's a dream though and breaks out, learning that the Mad Hatter is behind it.
Dick's leaving of the dream state is a big step in terms of his coming to terms with Courtney's death.
Episode 12: League
The assassins return to Gotham, this time in full force. They defeat the Batfamily (Red Hood, Batgirl, Spoiler and Robin) until only Batman and Nightwing are left in the field and Oracle is safe in the Batcave. Batman and Nightwing regroup and divisive a plan to save the other members of the Batfamily and follow the trackers on the Batfamily to find that Rā's is using an old Court of Owls vault to hold the Batfamily. After falling into a trap, Nightwing and Batman are captured too.
