Episode 4: Aliens?!
For the next few days, Kitten would ignore Dick and would completely tune him out, as much as he tried to explain himself.
When he reached his apartment one day, he was fed up with being ignored by his girlfriend and just wanted her back.
He was woken up in the middle of the night by an explosion in the middle of Jump City. Quickly suiting up, he arrived at the scene, where a cuffed, orange female alien with red hair stood— looking very upset. Robin readied two birdarangs as the alien turned around and looked to the skies. She then turned back around and tackled him to the ground. Preparing to shove her off, Dick was surprised when she kissed him. After pulling away, the alien growled at him and threw him towards a wall with laser eyes. Weakened, Robin couldn't do anything as the alien kissed him again— this time for real. And of course, this is what the news cameras picked.
As the alien pulled away, she apologised in English. She explains that her race of people learn language through kissing and she also says they should go somewhere private, so Dick leads her to his apartment. Where Kitten is. As he goes to fetch some food for his guest, he's surprised when she leaps out, making him jump. Kitten tells him that she saw the news and wants to officially break up with him, but is stopped when the alien enters the room. She says her name is Koriand'r and it's nice to meet them as she extends a hand for a handshake, but Kitten swats her hand away. She accuses her of trying to steal Dick from her but she denies it and explains why she kissed him. Though not fully convinced, Kitten is somewhat satisfied with the explanation. She says that her sister sold her out to slavery and she only just escaped from them. Dick has an idea and directs Koriand'r to Speedy's and Kid Flash's base of operations, which is where she can stay. Kori says, however, that she'd like to stay with Dick for the night. Reluctantly, he accepts and allows her to sleep in his bed whilst he and Kitten squeeze on the couch. The next morning, they both say goodbye to Kori and then Kitten begins to start crying at Dick, saying 'I'm sorry!' and 'I'll do better next time, just please don't replace me with her!'. Noticing her insecurities and knowing he isn't attracted to Kori, Dick reassures Kitten that he won't leave her and the two get back together.Episode 5: Breakout
As he is patrolling, Robin sees the ground quake and crumble as an old enemy awakens. Cinderblock was trapped in the sewers— but now he's got out. Deciding to engage, Robin throws multiple explosive birdarangs and they don't seem to phase it. As Robin keeps trying new things, Cinderblock overcomes them and manages to throw him aside either way. As it approaches the school, Robin begins to wonder why it keeps going for the school. He leaps onto its back and scans it— to see that Cinderblock is actually a highly advanced technology, by H.I.V.E. . Managing to deactivated it, Dick then infiltrates H.I.V.E. and finds old files on Project: Cinderblock. He finds that the current Cinderblock is actually someone who volunteered to be a lab rat and was experimented on. Now Robin wants to save him and to do so he forces a scientist to recreate the conditions they did for the experiments. He then lures Cinderblock in and cures him of the thing plaguing him. The man who emerges thanks Robin but, knowing that he probably won't have much left, gives the man some money.Episode 6: Divine Intervention
Robin breaks into another H.I.V.E. facility and manages to take out a few guards before he unintentionally comes face to face with the leader of H.I.V.E.: Brother Blood. Robin goes to attack him but is stopped by a force field. Brother Blood explains that the Church of Blood is a cover for H.I.V.E.'s criminal ways and tells Robin that the H.I.V.E. rabbit hole goes deeper than he can imagine, before he's escorted away by guards. Shocked by the revelation, Robin leaves the facility and thinks on his next course of action. He decides that he needs to take down H.I.V.E. and finish the Church of Blood.
He sneaks into another facility where thanks he's doing well, until it's revealed he's been trapped in the training grounds of H.I.V.E., and so the Fearsome Five are there too. Managing to beat the Five, Robin makes his way to the spire of the facility where he finds Brother Blood looking out of the window. He tells Brother Blood to give up but he refuses and tells him 'You were warned' before the window opens up and Robin is thrown out. After regaining himself, Robin manages to glide down and only injure his leg slightly. When he returns to his apartment he decides he'll hold off on the H.I.V.E. investigation until he knows more.
