Episode 4: Huntress
Agent 37 and Matron are sent on another mission to capture a metahuman. This time the metahuman is causing problems and the pair successfully take her in. Grayson investigated his partner, Helena Bartinelli, and can find no past in her files whatsoever. He finds this suspicious and confronts her. She tries to bluff but he calls it and she eventually is forced to admit that she is undercover. Grayson says that he is too, but she doesn't trust him. He proves it by calling Batman. They agree to trade information with each other and she reveals she's been undercover for over a year whereas Grayson has only been for a few months. She tells him that Spyral are experimenting on the metahumans they capture to harness their abilities, but they don't yet know what. Grayson confronts Batman about there being another undercover agent inside Spyral.Episode 5: Nosedive
Agent 37 and Matron are sent to an underwater city to take in a metahuman. They both grow closer and Grayson expresses his discomfort at bringing in innocent people to be experimented on. Helena thinks the ends (defeating Spyral) justify the means (subjecting innocents to experimentation) but over the course of the episode she begins to doubt this. By the end, she allows the metahuman they were after to go free.Episode 6: Choices
It turns out Matron letting the metahuman go was made known the the Spyral higher-ups, who figure out she's an undercover agent and send Grayson to take her in. She goes willingly and tells him that she must pay for the consequences of her choices. He takes her in and she is executed, making Grayson feel guilty.
