Chapter 6 – Details

It's been a week since the whole open relationship weekend and Kyoka and Denki still hadn't spoken about their experiences since they thought it would make them both feel awkward. Nothing had changed since, they had one passionate night, and then as the nights went on it started going downhill again which is what Kyoka was worried about.

It was Friday and she wished that she was back at that hotel but agreed that they wouldn't talk again as it could easily cause an affair as she and Bakugo had a lot of chemistry together. Sitting with her son at the dining table, she's helping him with his homework. As always Denki would come home around half past six and ask what's for dinner as tonight, they are having mac and cheese. The three of them would eat as a family and then tuck Damon to bed by reading him a story goodnight. Once they would get him off to sleep, they would go to their bedroom have lousy five-minute sex and then go to sleep.

Kyoka couldn't sleep though. She needed to get everything off her chest, and she could tell that Denki wasn't fully asleep and wanted to talk. "baby" was all she said. He gave out a tired moan and remained in the same position where his back was facing her. "Did you know it's been a week since that weekend?" she asked, and he let out a small groan.

"Yeah, so?" he said with no care and Kyouka just turned to cuddle up to him.

"didn't you want to talk about it?"

"no"

"Why?"

"Because you'll make comments, I'll make comments and we'll get in a fight" he tiredly said burying his head into his pillow, but Kyouka wanted to talk about it. She just wanted to know what he did with that mina girl. Denki let out a sigh and turned to his wife looking into her eyes. "Are you sure?" he asked, and the purple-haired woman nodded slowly. "Well, on Friday I and Mina went to the movies, we paid for a hotel for the three days, learned some new sex moves, came home on the Monday" he bluntly spoke and all she did was squint her eyes. "there's not much to say, share your story," he said sounding annoyed.

Kyouka smiled at him and laid on her back gesturing her story with her hands. "so, on Friday he took me to this restaurant slash hotel which had open mic music, I didn't sing though I was tempted, I learned new moves for sex, had sex in the shower for the first time, talked dirty for the first time, went on a hike and then had a relaxing Sunday" she said with detail turning her head to her husband who looked slightly jealous.

"Thank you for proving your weekend was better than mine" he brutely said and his wife looked at him confused.

"Hey, what's with that attitude. You told your story, so I told mine, I'm sorry your weekend was blunt and boring"

"It wasn't boring at all!" he snapped making Kyouka feel shocked and uncomfortable "you just described your story as if you were in love with the guy"

"I don't know him"

"Still, he sounds a lot more interesting than me" he moaned and Kyouka just rolled her eyes. She didn't deny it, rudely enough she thought the same thing. She barely gets to see her husband as he is always working seven days a week starting at five in the morning till six at night which upsets her. They never go on dates or family outings because work comes first. "I'm tired so I'm gonna go sleep"

"I love you; you know that right," she said holding onto her husband.

"mmhmm" was all he said and went to sleep. Kyouka rolled her eyes and turned her back to his, fluffing her pillow eventually closing her eyes as she was in a comfortable position.

The next morning, the mother made her son breakfast so that he could watch his television shows whilst she tidied around the house but instead, she was hunting through old boxes from her school and college and found her whole school yearbook which made her giggle. As she looked through the pages of all the students from different years she cringed when she saw her photo and then realized that Bakugo did go to her school and that he was two years above her.
