Honestly, at this point I'm not going back because of Ricky. I guess it was an excuse to go back, and it was the only one besides how I really really miss it. I also miss my friends. And the drama club. And my stupid teachers, and my school. God, I really miss it.

This is it. I decided. I'm going back home. To my real home. The place where I love, with the people I love.

I booked a flight back home the next day. I quickly packed and went to sleep. When I woke up, it was the morning, and a few hours until my flight. Yes, I texted my mom ahead of time letting her know that I'm going back home.

I got ready by taking a shower, brushing my hair, and putting my clothes on.

My mom drove me to the airport giving me a quick kiss on the cheek.

"Bye, mom!!"
"Bye, honey!"

I rushed inside taking a quick seat. I still had a little while until the flight took off. I decided to get a snack. A little pretzel stand stood right next to me. My mouth watered at the salty goodness.

"One pretzel with cheese, please." I heard a boy say.

He looked just my age. Not to be a flirt, but he was pretty cute. I look at him and smiled. He turned to me and his annoyed look turns into a smile.

"H-hey, I'm Gina."

"Sup. I'm Jack." He says.

I can't help but smile.

"The pretzels here are really good here." I lie.

He chuckles.

"Yeah, its funny how they just came out today and you already know they are good. Guessing you had a pretzel for breakfast?" He says teasing, knowing that I have never had the type of pretzel he was holding.

I laugh.

"Hey, no fair!" I say still laughing, "I'm supposed to lie and say they are good, and you are supposed to take a bite and agree!" I say joking

We both die of laughter. Though, the lady at the counter didn't look too amused.

"Are you gonna take the pretzel, or what?" The grouchy lady said.

I smile looking at him. He grabs it, breaks it in half, and hands it to me.

"Since you never tried it before, here." He says smiling.

I take a bite.

"Mmmm!!"

He smiles.

"By any chance could I get your number? Since if I don't I will most likely never see you again."

"Sure!" He says grabbing out his phone

We exchange numbers. My flight was called so we exchanged our goodbyes. As I got on the plane I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. The next few hours on the plane were a blur, mostly because I was sleeping the whole time. When I got to Salt Lake, I went straight to Ashlyns house. I unpacked and plopped on my bed. I heard a slight knock on my door, it was Lily. She was in a wedding dress. Behind her, was Ej in a tux. They look at each other and smile

"We are married!" They both say.

I let out a humongous scream. The biggest scream I have ever heard just came out of my mouth. My throat hurt like hell. I gasp as I wake up in my bed. What the hell?! Was that a dream?! I looked at the time, and it was 8am. I was a little confused. I rubbed my face and went out to the kitchen. Ej was there cooking with Ashlyn. Oh. My. God. He smiled at me and went to give me a big hug."

"How did you slee-'' I smacked him across the face.

"Why would you try to hug me! You cheated on me with Lily, and you have the audacity to hug me?!" I say

He turns and gives Ashlyn a confused look, she looks confused too. She shrugs.

"Lily? As in the girl I had a singing battle with? No way, you're crazy. I hate her. Wait, is this a prank?" he laughs

"Stop lying, you liar!!"

I looked at Ashlyn and she looked at me like I'm crazy.

"What day is it?" I ask looking down.

"Why?" he says

I looked at my phone, and it was a few days after me and Ej kissed.

"Oh my god. I couldn't be. No it was too real, it couldn't have been a dream.." I mumble

"What's a dream? Gina, you're confusing me."

"Ej.. did we go on a tour at Lily's school?"

He chuckles seeming confused

"No..?"

"Oh my god."

"What?" he says

I laugh as I'm super relieved.

"It was all a dream." I smack my forehead laughing, "God it was so real!"

Ej turns his head and raises an eyebrow

"Huh? Gina, you're killing me here." he laughs

I jump into his arms and hug him. I look into his eyes, and lay a soft kiss on his lips. I pull away slowly and smile.

Ashlyn looks at us in shock, spitting her coffee back into her mug. Ej sets me down and I dust myself off.

"Heh, sorry you had to see that Ashlyn." I say

Ej--towering over me--smirks at me

"What was that kiss for?" he says, smiling like crazy.

"I'm just super happy."

"Gina, I swear if you don't tell me what's happening I'm gonna go insane." he jokes.

"Well you see, I had a really weird dream. I thought it was real, and it lasted a few months." I explained to him everything that happened in the dream(everything that happened in the dream are chapters 1-12 which is the whole story lol).

They both look at me in shock as I tell them what happened in the dream. I laugh at their expressions.

"If I actually did that--which I never would--I wouldn't blame you for slapping me." Ej says.

"Ej, are we dating?" I ask.

He looks at me a little more seriously. He smirks, making me confused.

"That's up to you, love."

"Woah, woah, 'love'? What happened to the Ej I used to know?" I joke.

We both laugh. He grabs my hand.

"Gina Porter, will you be my girlfriend?"

I look at him hesitating to answer. He smiles

"I-" I say, shaking, not sure what to say

"Will you be my girlfriend?" he says again, smiling more.
