Y/N's POV

I never thought this day would come. After three years of living together and a year of being engaged, Conrad and I are finally going to tie the knot.

As I'm walking down the same aisle Julia did less than three years prior, my gaze is solely fixated on my fiancé. My heart swells when I see him tear up at the sight of me in my wedding dress, his eyes meeting mine.

I reach the front of the church and stand at the alter with my maid of honor, Fliss, and my bridesmaid, Julia, beside me. Across from me, next to Conrad, is his groomsman, Alex, and his man of honor, Brad. In the audience are all the friends and family that have come to share this special day.

Everything is perfect.

The incident three years ago seems so far away now and although these past three years haven't been easy by any means, I've gotten through them with my loved ones' support. And although the decision to leave Fliss and our business behind to move in with Conrad was the hardest decision of my life, I'm glad I did.

Everything worked out. Once she was ready to come back after her hiatus, Fliss handled the business just fine on her own with the investment from Conrad and Julia's family. Eventually, she built the business up so much that she was able to hire her own employees. She was also able to get a new cellphone with the money she made so we were able to keep in touch more easily than sending letters.

The place Conrad and I moved into is only two hours from where Julia and Alex moved, the four of us able to get together most weekends. I even ended up helping them plan most of their wedding, Julia returning the favor for me this year for my wedding.

As for Brad, he kept in touch with all of us from where he moved for college, especially Alex. It was difficult for him to adjust without his brother after what we'd all gone through, but he managed just like I knew he would and I couldn't be more proud of him.

This is the first time in the past three years that all of us have been able to be together in one place and I couldn't be more grateful.

When the vows are finished and the officiant tells Conrad to kiss me, I hear the distinct sound of Junior's whoops from the crowd, causing me to smile into the kiss. Conrad's lips are warm and soft, enveloping mine in tenderness. All this waiting and taking it slow is worth this perfect moment.

After the reception, Conrad and I say goodbye to our loved ones before going to the hotel we booked for the night. Tomorrow afternoon we're taking a flight to Hawaii to spend a month there before meeting up with Fliss next month for a free two-week boating trip, her wedding gift to us.

"Are you ready for the best honeymoon ever!?" Conrad asks me excitedly after carrying me into the hotel room in my wedding dress and tossing me onto the king-sized bed.

I laugh, smoothing out my dress when it hits me in the face. "I sure am! I expect to be wowed."

"Oh, you will be..." Conrad gets on the bed, slowly crawling towards me in his suit and connecting his lips with mine.

I hum into the kiss, my heart fluttering as I cup his face with both hands.

Conrad pulls away a few seconds later, his gaze never leaving my eyes. "I love you so much, Y/N. You make me a better person. You're everything I could ever want. I would have waited ten thousand years to marry you if I had to."

"I feel the same way about you..." I whisper, gently running my fingers through his hair as his eyes draw me closer again. "I love you more than anything, Connie..."

Our lips meet again, slow and gentle at first before building up in intensity. Before I know it, our wedding attire is on the floor and our lips are smashed together once again. The warmth of his body against mine makes my heart pound and my head spin.

Our movements are in sync, consummating our marriage as two people who have been through so much together; who trust in each other completely.

He knows he can trust in me.

And I know I can trust in him.

Always.

The End

Author's Note: Whoa! Long time no see! I've barely been active on Wattpad in what feels like forever. So much has been going on in my life and it's been hard to find motivation for my projects sometimes. But writing is my future, past, and present so here I am! No matter what, I was going to finish this book. I'm so sorry it's been such a long wait for such a short epilogue. I hope it was a good finish to this story nevertheless! Please let me know if you enjoyed it and thank you so, so, so much for keeping up with this story despite my untimely uploads. It means the world to me, truly. -Ash
