A couple years later Aspyn and Terrence had a son. He was their only child and, thankfully, never was put in the Hunger Games. When their son grew up, he married and had two daughters, Katniss and Primrose. Katniss grew up to be in the Hunger Games at the age of sixteen. Terrence and Aspyn never really got to know their granddaughters, but they always wondered if Katniss would be the one that was meant to bring the capitol down.
