- In a universe far from where the new teams of rangers are being trained –
"Sire." A soldier clad in black armour salutes.
"Master is busy with some personal matters." The Ranger Slayer says, standing beside an empty throne.
"I have news regarding the Master Morpher Tommy and his team of rangers." The soldier explains.
The Ranger Slayer nods. "Stay right here. I'm sure the Master would want to hear this news personally." She then goes off to the right of the throne, walking through the wall.
"How many times have I told you not to enter my lab as if it were your own room!" A short man with a beard and clayish white skin exclaims.
"Where's the master Finster 5?" She asks, looking around.
"He just left for his quarters." The half alien half-robot answers, turning around to his latest work.
The ranger slayer nods and walks out of the small lab, now heading to their leader's room.
"Master, we have word about Tommy Oliver and his rangers that escaped the battle." She says from the other side of the door.
"Come in Ranger Slayer." A voice says from the other side.
The woman walks in, saluting her leader as she stood at the foot of his bed. "One of the soldiers from the Grid Scanners just came into the throne room with some news regarding the team of rangers that managed to escape." She informs him.
"I'll be right there, go on ahead." The man says, his hand subconsciously moving to a scar on his face. He gets up from his bed, grabbing his Morpher from the tableside.

"Black Dragon." He quietly says as he morphs into his ranger form, a black suit with a golden crest, gauntlets and leg armour and a darker black cape forming around him. His helmet sported a gold and black crest with a red visor covering his eyes.
