Maybe you should have worn more clothes, you should have. Because now you were in your bed with your runny nose and sore throat.
"ACHOOO" you sneezed into the tissue that you had in your hands , apparently everyone except you was perfectly fine.
' God my immune system failed me today' you thought as you tried to get up to make some tea for yourself.
You messaged earlier that you had a fever to your friends , they were supposed to come to your house but you didn't want them to get sick so you canceled. Hina and Emma even proposed that they would take care of you but you declined.
" Maybe i should have accepted their offer" you said as you touched your forehead to see if it was burning. And it felt like you were made of lava.
You heard a knock at the door so you got up with all of your energy and decided to go and open your door, as you opened it you saw Mikey holding some bags.
" Uh mikey-" you were about to finish your sentence but you felt like you were going to pass out as you fell forwards onto him.
" Woah y/n-chin are you okay?" he held you as he looked at you with a worried expression.
" Yes mikey, you shouldn't be around me as you might get sick too" you said while you couldn't even properly keep your eyes open as they burned.
He reached towards your face and touched your forehead, then you heard a large gasp as he said: " Y/n-chin you are boiling hot"
" I know, i can handle myself don't worry mikey"you said as you tried to get on your feet without stumbling.
" No y/n-chin , you always take care of me so let me take care of you" he said as he lifted you up effortlessly and closed the door with his foot.
He then brought you to the living room and placed you gently on the sofa , and then placed a blanket on you so you wouldn't be cold.
" Stay there, i will bring you some tea" he said as he disappeared into the kitchen.
" It's not like i can go far anywhere anyway, and please don't burn my whole house down" you said laughing lightly as you didn't believe he would even know how to make tea.
After a while he came back with two cups of tea and a damp towel , he then placed it on your forehead. " Emma gets sick often so i know how to do these things" he said while taking out of the bags he had some medicine.
" Here take this with the tea" he handed you some pills as you swallowed them with the tea he made. You have got to admit that you really loved the feeling of getting cared of by him.
" Where have you been all my life" you said as you smiled , not registering what you said because of your feverish state.
" No where have you been all my life" he said as he gave you some snacks he bought for you before coming to your house.
Not soon after you fell asleep as mikey just looked at your peaceful figure sleeping, he reached towards your face and moved to the side some hair that was on your eyes.
" I love you" he said as he knew you were sleeping. " Thank you for always being here for me y/n" he said as he admired your features.
Meanwhile you were sleeping, you heard some faint words...
" I love you" " y/n"
Who said them you didn't know , but that didn't matter because you just felt warm inside after hearing those words even if they were just in your dreams.
