"I'm Glenn!" The smile upon the Korean man's face made him appear harmless, stretching out his hand for her to shake. However, Addison found herself hesitating unsure of what to do. His smile faltered, brows quickly drawing in to question her actions.

"It's nice to meet you, Glenn," Addison muttered in a tone just loud enough for the man to hear. Eventually she took the hand, offering a generous squeeze to show she wasn't annoyed. Upon first impressions, the man appeared harmless. He wasn't the tallest or largest of men, with very little muscle. His hair was dark brown and brushed to one side, besides that his skin was pale yet clear. Glazed dark eyes stared back at the younger girl, one that seem to go past her skin and into her core. Yet in reality Addison knew he couldn't of been older than Sam, if not a few years younger.

Stepping back, Glenn allowed both Addison and Carl into the house. Addison made sure to stand with Carl in front of her, clearly uncomfortable in the strangers home. The only reason she was here was because of what Carl had said earlier, which meant they were here, that was unless he lied to her.

"They're in there... We haven't kept them in there for very long," Glenn said, motioning towards a closed door. As they walked, Addison's heart began to pound faster inside of her chest. Sweat beaded on her forehead, the temperature becoming uncomfortable. It was as if they had heard her approaching the door, the echo of exited barking slipping out from under the crack in the door. If anything Addison Winchester believed that she should hold strong and not let her emotions show. As the feeling of relief and excitement flooded her system, she dug her nails into her palms making sure to hold back any burst of emotion in front of the two people.

The second the door opened, the sight of Kopa and Buck made the young woman's heart jump in to her throat, drawing in a sharp gasp. Both large dogs rushed towards her, their weight knocking her back into the floor as they jumped. The young hunter wasn't able to hold back the laughter that erupted, both the dogs licking at her face as she attempted to push them away. Carl couldn't help but admire her from his spot, leant up against the wall. A wide smile upon her plump lips, hazel eyes sparkling with joy. Her laughter drifted into the air, one which subconsciously brought a smile upon Carl's own lips.

"I know that look!" Glenn teased, as he stood beside Carl. The younger boy frowned at the words, finally tearing his gaze from the girl and up to the man at his side.

"What look?" His words came out cautious and hesitant, as if he already knew he wasn't going to like the answer that Glenn was going to give. Folding his arms over his chest, Carl's blue eyes filling with confusion.

"That's the look I gave Maggie when I first laid eyes on her," Chuckling softly, Glenn looked down at the younger boy. Placing a hand on his shoulder, squeezing gently in an attempt to be supportive. Carl felt his cheeks heat up at Glenn's words, a sense of defensiveness taking a hold as he push off Glenn's hand. "You have a crush."

"Do not!" Snapping louder than he had meant to, his eyes shifting to look towards Addison; to find that her eyes lifted to him, his outburst catching her attention. She hadn't heard their conversation and he knew that, due to them having had hushed voices. Giving the boy a confused look, all Carl could do was offer a soft smile in her direction. But that seemed like it was enough, her focus shifting instantly back to her two dogs.

"Well you obviously have a thing for her," Glenn repeated, drowning out the loud barking of the dogs. Carl felt his hair fall in to his face, still unable to answer Glenn's words. He wasn't sure if it was true, yes he found her attractive but if she planned on leaving he couldn't let himself get attached. Carl felt himself squirm at the thought, forcing himself to try and think of anything but the brunette teenager. It was obvious what the boys problem was, this girl was new and a complete stranger. He had no idea who she was or how to understand her. This was an extraordinary girl, one that Carl knew if he fell for her, he would fall hard.

"We should head back, now..." Carl spoke up after a few moments, coughing once to clear his throat. He didn't miss the pout that Addison pulled, as she kissed both the canine's heads before watching as Glenn pushed both dogs back into the room they were in earlier.

"You're welcome to come back at any time to see them, or to take them on walks," Glenn offered a small smile on his lips, he reached forwards to pat her shoulder. Addison flinched at the touch, which the older man noticed but choice not to mention it. "Either Maggie, Enid or I will be here."

"Thank you, Glenn!" The words were soft but sincere, hazel eyes holding a portion of sadness. A thought ran through her mind, one which caused her to hesitate. Against her better judgement, Addison found herself turning around. Wrapping her arms around Glenn in a hug, one which shocked him. Gently he placed his own arms around her, squeezing her tightly. After a second they broke apart, and Addison offered him a small smile. "Thank you for looking after them!"

Without another word, Addison reached her hand out grabbing a hold of Carls. Not giving the boy much warning, she dragged him out of the house. Her small show of emotion was something that brought her embarrassment, which was why she needed to get away.
