At least three days had pasted since Addison's encounter with the boy, both Kopa and Buck remaining at her side. Within a short time, the two dogs had picked up on the commands she had taught them, even going as far as to helping her hunt. The teenager wouldn't deny that it felt good to have company, but at times she wished that they could speak. Every passing day, as crazy as it sounds, the two began to remind her of her brothers.

Kopa acted like Dean, always making sure she was okay; not once straying far from her side, as if Addison had become his child, scared that there was a chance he would lose her. Buck on the other hand was like Sam in some ways, despite at times being a little less serious he seemed to be smart for a dog. Whenever they scavenged nearby towns, Buck was able to open doors or find ways into houses without much problem. He had definitely grown, almost the size of Kopa. Buck couldn't be any older than a few months, whereas Kopa must have been a few years.

Everyday without fail, Addison prayed to Castiel... hell, she even prayed to Gabriel and Balthazar a few times when desperate enough. But still she received no sign. Sometimes it hurt, but Addison wasn't planning on losing hope.

"Hey, it's you again..." The familiar voice spoke again, catching Addison off guard momentarily. Recovering from the shock fast, she was quick to draw her gun. Just as she had done a few days ago, she kept it aimed towards him.

His bright blue eyes stared almost completely unstressed, sinking her teeth into her lip Addison began to debate what she should do. Not having to look, Addison could almost sense that Kopa and Buck had grown tense waiting for some kind of command. Spinning on the back of her heel, Addison repeated the same action she had done only three days prior.

"Hide!" The command was simple, but the two dogs understood. Addison began to feel tired, her undernourished and dehydrated body becoming weaker with each step. It was then that a single tree stood out, a thick oak busy with vibrant green leaves, this was her escape. Gripping at the jagged bark Addison began to climb, using all the strength left in her arms to hold her weight. Her boots pressing down on the tiny stump branches, evening out her mass. One final tug and the girl was positioned upon a sturdy branch, hidden deep into the thicket of leaves. Seconds passed before the boy came into view, running by not noticing her presence.

In that moment, she was alone. The wall of emotion that she had maintained over the last 2 years finally began to crumble, tears clouding her vison, leaving a sticky trail along her muddy cheeks. Sinking her teeth into her bottom lip, the taste of sour blood spilled onto her tongue. The pain hurt but it also felt right, as if she needed a reason to justify crying. Growing up as a Winchester, Addison learned from early on that crying was a sign of weakness. So, the girl learned to hold back the tears, hiding them from sight.

"Cas, please if you can hear me... I need help..." Forcing out a heavy breath, the girl sat up rubbing the backs of her hands across her eyes. Her voice broke with the words she prayed, tired and lonely. The scream scratched against Addison's throat like a piece of sandpaper, the sight of a familiar person appearing at the foot of the tree. A string of curses tumbled out next, as she lost balance landing not so gracefully against the solid ground. Sharp sticks and firm stones dug against her skin, a groan slipping out as she shifted. Rolling to lay upon her bag and quiver, both of which remained strapped to her back; Addison lifted her left hand, revealing the middle finger to the man.

"That's not very nice Addie!" The familiar cocky voice scolds her, his eyes narrowing as he watched her sit up. An expression of irritation clear upon her tired face, a glare fixated towards the King of Hell.

"I prayed for an angel, not a demon, Crowley!" Addison words fell out mumbled, yet still remained threatening. The words scratching along her dry throat, while the older man smiled widely.

"Yes, but you happen to be my favourite Winchester, and you obviously need my help." He states in a matter of fact way, indicating that she should follow him as he begins to walk off.

"Safe!" Addison called out another command, not even a second later both Kopa and Buck break through an overgrown bush. Pink tongues hanging out as they pant heavily, causing the girl to smile in amusement. Standing, Addison made sure to brush the loose dirt from her clothes before adjusting her bag and quiver that had shifted on her back. With a quick pace, the youngest Winchester fell into step with the King of Hell.

The two remained in silence, the only source of noise coming from nature itself. Few birds chirped out a joyful song, echoing out their freedom. Jealously stung in the pit of her chest, envying the birds for the carefree attitude. Addison couldn't help but feel out of place in the midst of their music, but it made the idea of being alone a more horrifying thought.

"What is this?" Addison asked a metal wall coming into view, appearing to go on forever. A shiver ran down her spine as her hand touched the cold material, running it along the bumps.

"A place you can stay!" Crowley huffed, reaching out and grabbing the gun from the girl's waistband. For the second time, Addison screamed pain striking through her thigh. Instinctively her hand reached for the area of pain, warm red blood seeped out spilling onto pale skin, an expression of betrayal taking over. His fist made contact with her temple, knocking her back darkness processing her vison.
