'Skylar! No!'

Sideswipe pushed me aside. 'Sideswipe, please. I won't be a bother and I'll do everything you say,' I promised. 'Yeah? Then listen to me and stay here,' he said pushing me down. I am not gonna win this argument over him. He's too stubborn to listen and doesn't want to hear me explain myself either. 'You're not joining my class,' he stated firmly. 'Why not?' I asked. He grabbed my arm and squeezed. I uttered a scream in agony. 'That's why,' he snapped. I stared at him. 'No, it is. Let your muscles recover than we can talk,' he stated. The mech grabbed everything he needed. 'You stay here, am I clear?' He raised his voice.

He never does that. 'You're mad now?' I asked. 'No, but we do need to have a little chat when I get back,' he said without looking. I blinked, 'see you later, and don't make me find you in the gym again or visit my training,' he stated before walking off. I rolled my eyes and strolled into the bathroom, brushing my teeth and hair. I couldn't deny the nervous feeling clutching onto my stomach. Sideswipe is never serious towards me like this.

I had breakfast on my own and later spotted Sideswipe. 'Are you mad at me?' I asked as I approached. 'No, why would I be mad?' He asked. 'Because I get the feeling you're not telling me everything. I feel like you're mad.'
'Look, I am not mad but I am not happy either. I under you're trying to settle in and impress me but don't. You're overtraining, it's bad for your body and you don't have to. You got me to protect you.'

'I am not trying to impress you.'
'Yes, you are. I don't wanna hear it right now. I want you to stop with it. I don't like it femmes try to impress me. So don't.'

'I am telling you, I am not trying to impress you. I am only trying to be part of everything. I am an outsider, they're all able to handle a gun and I am the one getting shot. It's a military base and a high school girl doesn't fit in that picture. So no, I am trying to impress you. I am just trying to settle in. I thought you would understand.' I turned around and walked off.

I didn't have to snap at him, but honestly, I felt annoyed because he was annoyed. I guess that's what you get when you live together in a small room. It's fun living with him, but it's also frustrating sometimes. Sideswipe doesn't clean up anything, never heard of the word 'cleaning' in general, little bit lazy sometimes, and has some mood swings, pushes boundaries, and challenges rules. Especially his mood swings are horrible. Significant hormonal shifts occur during puberty and that's what causes Sideswipe to have these mood swings if I have to believe Ratchet.
Lately, he also seemed to be quite interesting in 'girls' and quite flirty as well. More than usual.

I headed back to the room I shared with him and settled down on my bed, watching some YouTube. I had nothing better to do anyway and I felt quite irritated. Besides, my muscle aches were to die for. I didn't respond when Sideswipe came in. 'You are obviously mad at me.'
I didn't respond. 'Look, I am sorry if I pissed you off, okay? I am just stressed lately, that's all.' I glanced at me.
'Oh please, your mood is absolutely horrible. I am walking on eggshells. You get irritated so fast. I can barely do anything right.'

'I am sorry.'

I sighed. 'Can you forgive me?' I studied his face for a few seconds. 'Fine,' I grumbled. 'That wasn't really convincing,' he muttered before crawling next to me in the top herb he laid behind me and wrapped his arm around my waist. 'Don't you have lessons to give?'

'I have a short break.' He made myself comfortable. 'I want to stay here honestly,' he muttered. 'You love sleeping. If you had a choice you would sleep all day,' I mocked. 'I probably would. Still trying to find the perfect day though,' he smirked a little. 'Come on... sleeping all day. Wouldn't that be great?' He grinned and softly poked me.

I rolled my eyes. Sideswipe basically spooned me and I couldn't say I didn't like the position. 'You're not gonna continue watching whatever you were watching?' He asked. 'You probably wouldn't like it. 'Most likely.' He ran his hand over my flank. 'You're blushing.'
'I am not, Sideswipe,' I muttered. 'You are? Is it because of the position we are in?' He whispered seductively in my ear. 'What? No...' I snorted. 'I feel like it is. You like where my groin is right now?'

'Sideswipe I swear I'll kick out off the bed if you don't stop.' He smirked. 'I like it too,' he whispered. I nudged him with my elbow before shifting. I laid on my bed and stared at him. 'I am almost on my period so watch your words,' I warned. He smirked. 'You're kinda hot when you're mad,' he purred. 'Liar.'

'When was the last time you have kissed someone?'

'That's none of your business,' I mocked. 'Do you haven't? You never kissed anyone before?' His smirk grew wider. 'What? No, of course I have kissed,' I mocked. 'I don't think you have. I can offer you a good kiss.'
'No, why would I kiss you? We aren't a couple.'
'So, kissing is only for couples?'
'I am your idol. You wrote about me. You have imagined me kissing you so why don't we do that in real life? You got the change now,' he cooed.

I stared at his face. 'Before you know you're begging for more,' he purred. 'Sideswipe...'
'I read the fanfics, Sky. I know what you wrote and I have to admit that I like the details you added. Especially about my size—' I cut him off. 'I am going to push you out.' He laughed before turning my head. His warm, soft lips landed on mine. My cheeks heated up and turned bright red. He really was a good kisser. Better than I had expected. He held my cheek loosely. I ran my hand through his hair.

As we broke apart, Sideswipe winked at me before jumping off the bed and grabbing his shoes. 'I have to go. Can't be late or someone will kick my ass. Don't make a mess,' he said with a weak smirk before leaving me flustered behind.
