I woke up without Ironhide. Slowly, I rolled on my back, rubbing my eyes. The sleeping pills made me feel tired. Even more then I already was. I reached for my iPhone. It's late. 'Sky?' There was no response. I slid out of bed, half sleep drunk and peeked at the bed above. She hadn't been here. The bed is neatly made. I sucked in a breath and sat back down, trying to call her but she didn't pick up. She must be either asleep or ghosting my phone call. Maybe both. I messed up badly. She doesn't deserve to be yelled at by me or get violently pushed. I felt a fear rising up, what if she doesn't like me anymore? What if she has a new favorite Autobot?

The horrible feeling didn't leave my body. I had to talk to her. She still didn't pick up her phone as I tried again, so I kept stalking her with text messages and calling. Thirty minutes later, she picked up and she sounded pissed off and sleepy at the same time. 'What the hell is wrong with you, Sideawipe?!' She snapped. 'Where are you?' I completely ignored her angry question. 'In bed, sleeping but you keep bucking me,' she growled. 'Where? You're not here. Can you come back?' I pleaded. There was a long silence. 'Skylar?'

'No.'

The phone went dead. I looked at the screen. 'Sky?' No reply. 'Great.' I let myself fall back on the bed. If I didn't feel as tired as I did now, I would've searched for her. At least she's still at the base. I was out in seconds. The next morning, I tried to locate her. She was hanging around in the Autobot hanger. I cleared my throat. 'Sky? Can we talk?' It wasn't must of a question. More a statement. I grasped her arm tightly, pulling her away from Jazz and Bumblebee. 'I owe you an apology for what happened the other day.' I ran my hand through my hair. 'Am I not selfish?' She mocked and turned.

I grabbed her arm, forcing her to turn around. 'You're not. Listen, I made a bad choice. I never should've hurt you or even yelled at you in the first place. Saying you're selfish is a mistake. I'd like to make it up with you,' I mumbled and brushed some strands behind her ear. She snorted. 'Please?' She glanced at me. 'Let me make it up.' she shook her head. 'It's fine.' She stepped back and forth asked back to Bee and Jazz. It's not fine. She's still mad and I get it. I pushed her quite forceful against the door and hurt her feelings in the process.

I watched her from a little distance. Guess I need to find another way to make it up to her. 'Sideswipe, are you feeling better?' Ironhide laid his hand on my shoulder. 'I am fine, but she's mad at me and doesn't want to talk,' I muttered. 'Give her some slack. You Pissed her off, you don't want to talk to Sunstreaker right away either after a fight. She will come around, just give her some time,' he said. I gave a nod and watched him walk off. He was right, maybe all she needed was a little bit of space.

((Skylar's P.O.V))
I avoided Sideswipe all day, but I can't keep avoiding him. I need to talk to him at some point. Earlier, I said we were good, but I don't think he believed it. I strode into the room I shared with him. He was playing FIFA again, but this time, he had a much friendlier look on his face when he spotted me and paused his game right away. 'Hey...' he got up, waiting for my reaction. 'Are you feeling better?' he nodded. 'Yeah, I feel fine,' he mumbled. 'Good.' I passed him. 'Sky, I am sorry. I never should've said what I said or pushed you. Can you forgive me?' I looked at him and gave a small nod. 'But only because I really like you.' A smile crept up on his face and we embraced. 'Thank you.' He nuzzled in my neck. 'Where did you sleep last night anyway?' Beside the hint of curiousity, I also heard some jealously.

'The medbay,' I replied. He exhaled in relief. 'So, there wasn't another mech involved?' I shook my head. 'Only Ratchet who gave consent.' I shrugged. 'Was he mad?' I raised a brow. 'Was Ratchet mad at me?' I asked. 'Little bit, not too bad,' I replied. He hummed and watched me. I felt him grasp me softly and pulled me against his chest,— hugging me from behind. 'Since when do you care if Ratchet is mad at you anyway?'

'Well, it's Ratchet, you know...' he trailed off. 'Right.' I freed myself from his grip and collected a few things. 'Are you sure we are good?' I nodded. 'Yeah, totally.' He sucked in relief. 'I am going to take a shower now.' He nodded and sat back down to continue his game.
It took me fifteen minutes to shower and dress up in comfy clothes. I climbed in the upper bed to watch Sideswipe from up high. 'Was there a reason why you didn't lock the door?' I cocked a brow while he looked over his shoulder. 'I forgot.'

'Did you?'

'Yeah, I usually don't lock the door.' He hummed and paused his game again. 'Not because you wanted me to burst in?' I shook my head. 'Right and what's the deal with Jazz and Bee?' I started laughing while staring at him. 'Jealous piece of metal. You're my favorite Autobot, even with your imperfections.' His face dropped by an instant. 'Imperfections?' He repeated in disbelief and disdain. 'I'm perfect. Complete role model.' I laughed again. 'Sure you are.'

'Seriously though. You seem pretty close.' I rolled my eyes and grabbed his jaw. 'Shut up, Sideswipe. You know you're my favorite.' I softly thumbed his smooth and saved chin. 'Just askin' in case something changed. I mean... romantically maybe?' I softly slapped his head. 'No, silly.' I laid on my back. Sideswipe crawled next to me and stared at me. He laid his head on my shoulder. I brought my hand to his scalp and softly started rubbing through his hair. Sideswipe seemed to enjoy my action. 'Good.'
