What's your superpower? -II

It's been a month since Yuyan quit the dance. I've heard from Xiaotang she applied to the art & music club for her free time instead of returning to the dance club. On the other hand, I and Jiaqi became close. She would tell me about her life back in the States, she would also buy me dinner at some fancy restaurants. 

"So why do you need me to keep an eye on her again?" Shuxin asked me, they were here at my house hanging out "Nothing it's just that I don't get why she would abruptly leave dance club"  I tried to reason out to her but she doesn't seem to be convinced. I am not convinced of my reasoning, that is why I need to find out why she always lingers in my mind.

"Uh-huh, Change of topic. How are you and that Jiaqi your greatest first love?" Shuxin disregards the topic of Yuyan and changes it into Jiaqi. Nothing changed between us the two since her arrival "Nothing really, we just talk about the past and you know, silly kinds of stuff" I answered her truthfully.

"Then if you two are okay, why do you need to investigate Yuyan any further?" Xiaotang abruptly sat on the bed "I mean, there is nothing between the two of you, she's living her life and so are you" Xiaotang said, she has a point but I don't know it myself "Yeah, I guess I'm imagining myself about her leaving the club" I sigh and we continue chatting while watching. I haven't seen Jiaqi fly around the forest since she also became our choreographer, maybe she is busy doing some moves that she forgot to practice her powers.

The night has come and the couple went home. Kiki also called and facetime me just right after my friends left the house "Hey, how's the time with them?" She asked me, our old habit came back when we were dating "It was great actually, you should have come too" I said to her on the other line "I will maybe next time" She said and smiled at me.

"Uhm... If you don't mind, can you tell me about your powers more? I got curious about what you've mentioned last time" I hesitantly asked her "Yeah sure, want to meet outside so you can see it personally?" She asked and I agree. Now, I'm walking at the corner of our street waiting for her. She said we can walk together to the empty lot near the forest.

"Hey~ Did you wait too long?" She waved her hand at me and hugged me once she got close enough to me "I just got here too" I answered her "Then, shall we?" She offered me her hands that I gladly accepts, Kiki never forget to be a gentlewoman to me ever since we were dating.

"So here like a Dragon I can breathe fire" She looked at the sky before blowing a strong force of fire at the air 'I...can breathe fire'  Why did Yuyan suddenly pop out of my mind? 

"Wow, can you also fly?" I asked her "Of course!" She began to float but I find it weird that she doesn't have wings like the other month she transformed at the forest "Hey, Xueer. I wonder why are you asking me this?" She said and sat at the bench beside me.

"Well, You might  be my soulmate that's why I'm asking you," I said to her, she hummed at me then faced me "WHat about your power what it is?" She asked me back "I'm a tamer of something that didn't exist a  long time ago. I don't know if they EVEN exist" I said and she chuckled.

"Then if you are a tamer, shouldn't you let your soulmate come to you itself? Just like metal and a magnet, they pull each other close" What she said made sense. She lifts her finger and brought the vending machine closer to us, what power is that?

"Here, soda to cool yourself off," She said and offered me a can of soda "What power was that?" I asked in awe, can dragon do that?
