~Y/n's POV~

I speed my way to the medical house and barge into the doors. Tommy is in bed and he's barely breathing. I then remember how Tubbo mentioned he'd be staying at his place tonight and although I'm not quite sure why, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Because as I swiftly make my way to his cot and check his pulse rate, before deciding what I should do next. I hesitate for a moment, thinking of what would happen if I were to this. I then decide to brush those thoughts off before it would be too late.

I grab the totem and grabbed his hand, closing it shut with the totem in his palm. I take a deep breath, hoping it works and before I know it he's glowing. And not just any type of glow, but an awakening one.

He takes a deep breath and soon exhales when the glow stops. I've never used a totem before and never have I used it on someone else as well. But I look at him and he looks a lot healthier. He's no longer pale and some of his minor wounds had seemed to have healed.

I know he isn't completely healed, but it worked. And I think it's safe for me to say that he'll stay alive until his day is to come.

<<The next day>>

"Tommy's awake!" I hear Tubbo yell from inside the medical house and I can't help but smile. I walk into the house and I see a crowd surrounding Tommy's bed.

"I guess leaving him alone for the night really did help after all!" Tubbo yelled. A smile is plastered on each of everyone's faces. And I don't notice it, but Wilbur walks towards me to where I stand by the door.

"Kid's awake." Wilbur says with a soft grin on his face, keeping his arms crossed. I look at him and smile, before I look at Tommy who seems to be complaining about how everyone is crowding him after he had just awaken from a coma.

I chuckle and look back at his tall figure. "He is." I tell him. I don't wanna tell him what actually went on last night, but I'm glad to know how this is one less thing he has to worry about. "We should probably get everyone out of here and give him some time to rest." I tell Wilbur and begin to walk towards the crowd.

"Uh- Y/n, do you think you could do something for me?" He asks and I turn my heel to face him. "Depends on what it is." I tell him. "We're running low on iron. Do you think you could out tonight and grab some?" He asks.

My palms begin to sweat, knowing I'd much prefer to do it right now with the sun still out. "I can go right now." I tell him. "There'd be too many monsters if I go out tonight." I explain, knowing that isn't the actual reason why I wanna go out during the night.

"Alright, just watch out for Dream." He tells me and begins to walk out the house. "He tends to lurk around during the day." He says with a wink and shuts the door on his way out. He tends to lurk around during the night too, I think to myself.

<<Time skip>>

It's the middle of the day now and I know I have a few hours before it gets dark, so as I walk out the gates, I'm surprised to see an axe sitting right by the walls where I patrolled last night. I turn around hoping no ones looking, as I quickly walk over to it.

I take a closer look, turning around again, before picking it up and observing it in my hands. It's heavy, enchanted and it's made out of netherrite. And it takes me a while, but as soon as I realize it I gasp and drop it to the ground. It's Dream's axe.

I don't know why I'm so terrified, but the thought of someone seeing it scares me. "Hey!" I hear Wilbur yell. I know he's not supposed to call me by my name when we're out, so as soon as I hear it I immediately remove my uniform jacket and drop it to the ground making sure to cover the axe.

He runs out the gates and he's sweating like he just took a shower. "I thought you left." He runs over to me panting. "Y- You left this." He says handing me a diamond pickaxe, as soon as I grab it he places both his hands on his knees and he looks as if he needs to vomit.

"A- Are you alright?" I ask concerned. "I- Yeah..." He says and shakes his head, before letting out a sarcastic chuckle. "Just- Tommy wants me to make him a pumpkin pie and I don't know how." He explains.

"I've been running around the place trying to look for Niki, but I can't find her and Tommy's being impatient." He says, panting. I can't help but laugh, knowing how it would be like if he were to be left alone with a child. Absolute disaster.

"A pumpkin, sugar and an egg. Thank me later." I tell him and he processes, before nodding and running back into the gates. I shake my head and chuckle before looking down at the jacket, bringing me back into immediate panic.

What am I supposed to do with this? I can barely even lift it up. I look around and pick up my jacket and there falls out Dream's watch from the pocket. I stare at the 2 objects for a few moments. An axe and a pocket watch, I think to myself. Both of which are Dream's.

I can't help, but think what were to happen if Wilbur or someone within these walls were to find out what I've brought myself in to. And knowing Dream had left both these items in the both times we've spoken.

I put on my jacket and sighed, bending down to quickly grab both the axe and the watch, before running off into the forest.

<<Time skip>>

I look down into the ravine and raided again. It's close to sunset and I'm exhausted. I know I can't go back without anything, but having to carry a heavy, enchanted axe on my back, underneath my jacket wears me off.

I thought about hiding it somewhere, but I can't help but think what were to happen if Dream comes to get it back. I'm surely not gonna keep for myself, scared of the suspicious looks and questions I'd get. No one in L'manburg would have an axe this powerful.

I sigh and walk along side of the ravine, dragging my feet across the grass, looking down into it, hoping to find some sort of ore that had been left behind by whoever last was here.

But before I know it, I trip on a stone and fall. I grab onto the lip of the ravine, holding on for dear life and I've never been more terrified in my life. And despite how little strength I have left, I lift myself up, only causing more of the ground to crumble in my hands, falling into the ravine.

I grunt and try again, before I feel a pair of hands on mine, pulling me up onto the ground. I don't know who that was, but I cough into one of my hands despite the mask with my other hand propping me up, as I stay seated on the ground.

"Thrice." A voice says, I look up to see Dream and my couching magically had seemed to stop. "I saved your life thrice." He repeats.
