"ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY SURE THE equations are right?" I ask Five again.

Five groans, "For the millionth time, yes!"

"You weren't too sure the first time I asked. I had to make sure!" I justify as he hands me the briefcase. "I can't fucking believe you convinced me to do this."

The president was just killed. Now it's our time to run. Five places his closed fists in front of him as they start to glow an electric blue, just as they had when we were kids. The memory causes a shiver to run down my spine but I ignore it as a portal begins to form. This is new. A portal? The wind picks up around us as leaves and small trash fly around.

"Alright!" Five yells over the gust of air. "Let's go!" I look into the portal just in time to know to duck. Over my head flies a fire extinguisher.

"What the hell was that?" I ask.

"Ignore it!" Five tries to go through the portal but it's restricting him. I attempt to force my way through as well, keeping a tight grip on the briefcase. Having finally had enough of this. I use my powers to give us a big push.

My body shifts. Fast.

We fall to the ground from 12 feet above. I groan as I look up to see five of my siblings. All grown up. I can't take my eyes off them as Five and I stand up slowly.

"Does anyone else see little Number Zero and Five, or is that just me?" Klaus asks, peeking over Deigo and Luther's shoulders.

"Huh?" I turn to look at Five. He looks younger. Like much younger. Like seventeen-year-old younger. I then look down at myself. The skin on my arms and hands has more freckles and is tighter. I then look back up to Five to see him already looking back at me.

"Shit," we say in unison.

"What is going on?" Vanya asks softly.

Neither Five nor I answer. I look behind me to see the briefcase, destroyed by the impact of the fall. I mentally curse myself as a deafening silence falls over the Hargreeves siblings for a moment.

"We still have Nutella, right?" I ask rhetorically, moving to stride past them to the kitchen. "Fuck, I've missed this crappy kitchen!" I exclaim animatedly as my siblings follow me.

Vanya, Allison, Klaus, Deigo, and Luther all sit around the table as Five and I shuffle around the room. I place the cutting board down for Five as he grabs a loaf of bread. "What is the date? The exact date," He sighs.

"The 24th," Vanya replies.

"Of?" I look at her.

"March."

Five thinks for a second before nodding once. "Good." He takes four slices of bread out for us.

"... So, are we gonna talk about what just happened?" Luther asks.

Five stays silent as I glance up at him. "We fell from a portal. What's there to talk about?" I ask.

Allison rolls her eyes at my comment as I place two slices of bread in the toaster.

"It's been seventeen years," Luther states as he stands up from his seat.

Five scoffs as he looks up at him. "It's been a lot longer than that." Five teleports past him to get some peanut butter from the cabinet.

"I haven't missed that," Luther grumbles.

I open a cabinet with my powers before making the bag of marshmallows fly to me, bumping Luther's head on the way. "We missed you too, brother."
