I left Keefe's room and went to the one right to the left of his. I knocked on the door and Dex shouted, "Come in!" So I opened the door and shut it behind me. I walk in to a marble floor, and a retro bed. Dex was sitting at a desk with tons of shelves that had technology parts everywhere unorganized. He was toying with some parts that were on the shelves. It looked like he was making something. She wasn't quite sure what it was, she could barley see it. The walls just looked like their regular metallic self. He had a locker in the room too. His dresser looked like wood covered in silverfish gray paint. She walked over to him and got the smell of old rusty-metal. "Hey Dex!" She said as she caught up to his chair.
Before she could see what he was making he covered it up with a sheet that was lying next to him and said, "Oh, hey Sophie! I didn't realize it would be you!" He responded with a silly smile. "So, watcha hiding under that sheet there that you are making?" Sophie asked. "Oh ummm... Just uhhh, something I thought of..." Dex answered as he stumbled over his words. "What exactly did you think of?" Sophie questioned again moving more towards the sheet. Dex put his hand on it and pushed it a bit back, "I don't really know what to call it yet, hehheh..." Dex answered again as he shrugged. "Well, I was just wondering if you wanted to come with me to find food, I'm starving!" Sophie asked Dex. "Food sounds GREAT right now!" Dex answered. "Hm, should we ask the others if they want to hop along? They must be starving too..." Sophie said. "Uhh, even Wonderboy?? Please no!" Dex pleaded. "Come on Dex! He isn't that bad!" Sophie confirmed him. "Ugh, great, another trip ruined by Wonderboy." Dex said slugging. Sophie rolled her eyes, and they went to go ask the others.

When everyone was outside there rooms, Prentice came up to them, and asked them what they were all planning on doing. "We are STARVING!" Answered Keefe. "Yeah! I need food in my belly ASAP!" Biana added. Fitz looked at her and chuckled, "Is there anywhere here to eat?" He said still smiling. "In fact," Prentice began, "I was just coming over to all get you guys for the dinner all the elves here are invited to. Every day, our team of chefs prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!" He finished smiling at them all. "Great! So... Where exactly is it?" Biana asked. "Oh! Just follow me out of this hallway, and into the next, then you'll know for the rest of the time you stay here!" Prentice answered. As they walked through the hallway, more people started to come from behind them and in front of them, leaving their rooms. They entered the main room where all the elves working got up and joined the crowd. They all walked into a new hallway, and Sophie could here light classical music playing from a far. "Is that from the diner area?" Sophie asked. "It sure is!" Prentice answered cheerfully. Sophie thought it was weird, elves listening to classical music, maybe it was just stuff they heard around the city every now and then. She also didn't realize there were so many elves working for the Blackswan, it was a lot more elves tha what she expected. As they walked closer to the dining area, the music grew louder and louder until they finally reached the open doors. Inside lay food all around the edges of the walls. In the middle huge tables were spread across the room with table covers. "Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention that at the end they play 5 slow songs for anyone who wants to dance to them!" Prentice added in. SLOW SONGS? Okay seriously ,where were they hearing this music? Sophie questioned inside her head.

After filling their plates with food, they sat down all at a table with some other elves none of her friends or her new. They started to stuff their faces with delicious foods, many of the stuff Sophie had tried before. "Ohhhh my gosh!" Biana squealed, "I haven't dined this big in forever!! Including the fact that, I HAVENT HAD RELICKY IN SOOO LONG" she shouted out. "Well, I can't really explain it, but it's a fruit mix thing, here try it!" Biana insisted shoving some onto Sopjies plate. "Thanks" Sophie said stuffing her mouthful with it. When she tasted it, it tasted like mangoes and strawberries dipped in chocolate covered in whip cream. It tasted amazing is all she could think. At the end of dinner one of the slow songs started to play. Biana looked up at Keefe and he asked her with his silliness if she wanted to dance as a friend, and she agreed. Before she left, she gave a look to Sophie, and then glanced at Fitz and walked away. Biana really liked the idea of Sophie and Fitz, but Sophie wasn't really sure. Eventually Fitz got up and gave her his hand, he asked her if she wanted to dance. It took her a minute to brace herself and finally agree to say yes, but as Fitz questionable, but gorgeous eyes stared into hers, her heart did the fluttery thing it always did. She finally gave Fitz an answer after like, 2 minutes of just sitting there. He laughed and helped her up. After one song, Keefe came over and asked for a dance with Sophie too. However, he asked the same as he asked BIana, not the charming way Fitz did, but she had to admit, whatever Keefe did, he was able to make everything attractive. She ended up dancing with Keefe too, and when that song was over, she decided she was going to leave, so she went back to her seat to gather the few items she did bring, but before she could start to leave, Dex came up to her and put something in her her hand. He then quickly asked her something staring into her eyes with his periwinkle eyes that were looking so beautiful in the lighting at that moment. "Sophie, will you take the last dance with me?" He asked as he opened my hand and it was a beautiful pin he took and placed in my hair.
