Chapter 16: Fitz-

Sophie looked up at them, "Sooo!???" She exclaimed, "What happened!!!" She said desperately. "Well, Queen Blister wanted Webs dead for some reason, we figured she'd killed Kestrel earlier, and she started to make up stories to get Queen Coral to kill Webs. After that, she didn't know who to listen to, and then me and my friends ended up being sent into the SeaWing prison for, "protection"... The. The Summer Palace was under attack. And we were able to escape during that." Tsunami concluded her story. "Wow, you were right, your mom, ISN'T the best mother, and she is over protective! Even though, I don't really see that as protection..." Sophie replied "Okay! So when ARE we getting food?" Clay begged. "Ugh, Clay!" Glory snapped. "She said in an HOUR it's been an hour!!" Clay said. "Oh! You're right! Hmm..." Sophie said getting up and looking outside. Elves were everywhere walking down the halls. "Oh right!" She exclaimed, "You guys don't always eat meat, do you?" Sophie asked. "No, but we prefer it..." Starflight said. "I don't care as long as we get something!" Clay said. "Well, there happens to be a ton of options that aren't meat, but they taste like different meats! It's amazing, I still don't understand it!" Sophie said. "Wow, that is very unusual!" Sunny said. Everyone got on the dragon they had bonded well with, and left to the breakfast buffet. "Wow! There is a lot of food here!" Clay said excitedly. "Starflight I'll get you some food!" Sunny offered. "Thanks!" Starflight said blushing. Sophie could tell Starflight liked her. A lot.

After the buffet was over everyone quickly left. A few other elves were left, and Starflight and Tsunami were chatting. She was about to go when she realized she hadn't seen Prentice that whole day. Fitz came up to her and asked her if she was ready to leave. "Yeah, but, have you seen Prentice at all today?" She asked him. "Come to think of it..."'Fotz trailed off, "No, no I haven't, I wonder where he is." Fitz finished. "Let's go find out!" Sophie said as she got on Starflight, and they all left. When they arrived to the main room Sophie hea a familiar voice. She looked around the room to find where it was coming from. It came from a very familiar elf who was standing by the entrance they came through when they first arrived. She studied him for a moment and it finally came to her. The elf standing there was Master Leto, from Foxfire. She felt like her heart stopped. WHY WAS HE HERE? He WORKED with the Blackswan!!!??? Sophie thought in her head. Fitz didn't understand, he didn't know Master Leto, Master Leto worked at the Solver Towers which was for the last year at Foxfire. Fitz wasn't in his last year at Foxfire, and neither was Sophie.

After Sophie explained to Fitz they walked over to Master Leto. "M-Ma-Master LETO?" Sophie stuttered. "Oh! Yes, this, it's atually me, Prentice!" He said. "H-how?" Sophie asked. He shook his head down wards, "You kids these days, never learn do you?" He said. "Sorry..." Sophie mumbled. "Yes, I'm a morpher, and I can also mimick." He said as another elf that looked just like him now walked up. The elf spoke and sounded exactly the same too. "There is a power to morph!?" Sophie asked excitedly. "There are many, MANY, different abilities that you don't know about yet." Prentice said changing back into his real form. "Woah... I didn't realize there were so many!" Sophie said. Sophie told Tsunami and Starflight could go back to the rooms because they were practically falling asleep right there. Tsunami escorted Starflight back to Sophie's room, and went into Fitz's room. All the elves working had evacuated the main room and gone into their rooms for the night. They finished up their conversation with Prentice and he left after doing a bit of cleaning up while Sophie and Fitz just talked. "Hey uh, I think we should go to bed now." Sophie said, "nobodies out here except us, and it's kind of... I don't know, it just feels weird." Sophie said. "Yeah," Fitz said. Then out of no where the lights went off. "Sophie? Where are you?" She heard Fitz call out. "Here!" She responded back. Then something fell over her foot and she was pushed against the wall. "Sorry!" Fitz said. His face came closer to her and she was able to see him. They stared into each other's eyes for a minute, and then Fitz's foot slipped down. His face fell closer to Sophie's face. Their eyes widened. "Sorry!" Fitz said, the. After a few seconds he tried to scrabble up, but in The dark it was hard to because you couldn't see what you were doing. Sophie couldn't push him up, he was a lot stronger than she was. The floors were slippery, so trying to get up just made him fall down more, pulling Sophie with him. Sophie felt really awkward at that minute. Instead of trying to get up Fitz just stood there trying to find a way up. While he was looking around he stared back into Sophie's eyes and her heart fluttered. Something felt more i depth about this, then a minute ago. Fitz suddenly leaned in, closed his eyes, and touched his lips hers.
