Mason's been blanking me all morning, Dec's been giving me dirty looks from across the pool and Hazel is mad at me for not listening to her. Marcus is sat with her on some beanbags near Mase and Dec and Phil and Jack have decided their 'neutral' meaning their in the pool acting like nothings going on.

"You're not doing very well are you?" Hendo comes over and sits himself by me.

"You seem to be the only person in this whole hotel talking to me." I say.

"Marcus and Jesse are talking to you." he points out.

Jesses gone off again with one of the many girls he met at the party.

"Yeah great. Two people out of about 25." I say sarcastically.

"Trents talking to you."

I smile in spite of myself.

"Did you know?" I ask him.

"What that he liked you? Yeah."

"What are you like his father figure or something?" I ask him.

"Something along those lines. He's a good lad."

"Yeah."

Hendo arches an eyebrow.

"Which means no playing no games with him Hailey."

I roll over onto my stomach.

"You think I would play games with him?" I ask.

"Do you really want me to answer that question?" he asks me.

I look away.

"Hailey, with all due respect look what you did to Mason. How do I know you won't do the same to Trent?"

"Why is everyone so hung up over 'what I did to mason?' He knew. In fact, he's the one who talked me into it in the first place. I did nothing wrong." I stand up.

Hendo says nothing, just looks up at me.

"Are you done preaching?" I ask him.

His eyes look like he's disappointed in me.

"Then I'll go."

Without waiting for an answer I walk towards the loungers. I sit and scroll through my phone. Lucy is attacking me via Instagram again but whenever I pass her in real life she acts like she can't see me.

"Hails, you good?"

It's Phil. Of course it is.

"Well, other than the fact everyone hates me right now, yeah, I'm fine."

"Me and Jack don't hate you."

"Are people just going to contradict me every time I say everyone's mad at me?" I ask in frustration.

Hendo did the same thing.

"Would you rather I said we do hate you?"

"Why is the world so annoying?"

"I'm just trying to make you feel better Hailey. You don't have to go all annoyed on me."

"I'm not annoyed at you." I say.

At that moment Lucy walks out to where the rest of us are sat. The past two days she and Jadon have been acting like some typa modern Romeo and Juliet, like they'll die if they're apart for even a second, so it's surprising he's not with her.

She walks past us and ignores me like she's been doing lately and suddenly I've had enough.

"Lucy, it's funny, you always seem to have something to say on Instagram but when it comes to real life your much quieter." I call after her.
