By the time 8AM rolled around, Morgan was back asleep. This time, he was on the couch. The girls had all woken up and had been hanging out with me. We were all just talking when the doctor came in. I'd already talked with the psychologist this morning.

"Good morning, Spencer. How are you feeling?" She asks.

"I'm good. I feel good. I ate this morning at around 2AM, and they just made me eat toast. I don't feel sick anymore" I explain.

"Perfect. That is in fact good news. However, our psychologist has made some recommendations...".

"Like what?" Maddie asks.

"Well, due to how much you were ingesting in such a short period of time, he is concerned that you may do it again, despite what you may have said" She tells me. My face got hot. Honestly, the thought of any liquor made me want to gag. I didn't see how I'd be able to drink it again after this.

"Okay, so what does that mean?" I ask.

"There is currently a 2 week sobriety course taking place in Nashville that he suggests you take. Meaning, you would go back today and begin courses Monday. The class starts November 8th. You'd be able to rejoin the tour November 22nd" She explains.

"No, she can't-"  Tae was cut off by Lottie.

"Uh, girls. You two need to step outside for the time being, okay?" She says. Tae gives her a death stare and Maddie throws her hands up, but they walk out the door.

"Spence, you know I can take care of the girls" She says. I nod, fighting tears. "If this will help-".

"But, I'm not going to drink anymore!" I plead. That woke up Morgan.

"What's going on?" He asks with a sleepy voice. He came and sat on the bed next to me. The doctor re explained the whole situation. "Well, I don't know, Spence".

"Whether you like it or not, Morgan...it's not your decision" The doctor says. He sighs.

"Like I said, I can take care of the girls too" Lottie speaks up again.

"I don't care! I want-". Lottie cut off Morgan too.

"Hallway!" She shouts, and points.

"Come on, Lottie. I'm-".

"Not helping. Go" She says quietly. He shakes his head, but steps out. "Spence, it's two weeks. It's in Nashville. You can call everyday. You'll still be able to go to the studio and everything, but most importantly, you'll get help. I can, and will take care of the girls for you. You can join us again when we're in South Dakota. It won't be a problem".

"I can't ask you to do my job" I say.

"Spencer, right now your job isn't managing Maddie and Tae. Your job is focusing on being okay, and not wanting alcohol again. You almost killed yourself, and you can't risk it again. If you decline, the hospital will have to contact the company you're employed by and they can make you go or you're fired. The ball is in your court. You either leave the tour for two weeks and let Lottie take over until you're back...or you lose your job and risk never being hired in the business again" The doctor tells me. She didn't hold back.

"I don't have a choice, do I?" I ask.

"Not really" She replies. I let out a deep sigh and nod my head.

"Fine. I'll get on a plane tonight, and be at the course Monday" I say. She smiled.

"I'm sorry, Spencer, but...it's going to be for the best" She says. I nod.

"Thank you" I say before she exits the room. I look to Lottie. "You're sure you can handle it?".

"Spencer, I'm Lottie Walsh. What do you think?" She asks. I chuckle as she pulls me into a hug. "The important thing is you get well again. Then come join your man and best friends". She pulls away. "Now, you rest, and I'm gonna go break the news".

"They'll riot" I say, jokingly. She stopped before opening the door.

"Bring it" She says. I couldn't help but laugh.

**Lottie's POV**

I found the girls and Morgan in the waiting room. When they saw me, they all shot up and started speaking st one time.

"She can't go!" Maddie says.

"She's part of our team. She can't leave us!" Tae adds.

"I'm not gonna do this without her here!" Morgan shrieks.

"All of you, shut up!" I yell. "She isn't well, and all you care about is having her here because you don't wanna be without your girlfriend or manager. Guess what, you're all selfish ass hats! She needs to go and get better, so she can be her best for you girls. And, Morgan, you told her last night you and her would get through anything thrown at you. This is something being thrown at you two, and she won't get through it if you hold her back. You guys need to think! I know you want her with us, and I do too, but her health us more important. It's two weeks. You all will live, and I don't want to hear another damn thing about it. Do you understand me?". I ask. They all looked like the principal had just yelled at them.

"So, she's going?" Morgan asks.

"She is" I say.

"I'd better go see her" He says. I nod, and he walks past me. Tae follows. Maddie stood, looking at me. "What's wrong?".

"I'd I hadn't said-".

"Oh, no! No, don't say that. If you hadn't said anything, she'd be dead, Maddie. Would you rather be without her for two weeks or forever? She's going to be fine. We're all going to be fine, okay?" I ask.

"She isn't mad or anything?" She asks.

"She's mad at herself, but not you guys" I say. She sighs. "I know you all don't want her to go, but...we got this. We're a family and we stick together. We have each other's backs. That's how this works" I say.

"I know" She says. I put my hands on her back.

"Then, let's go spend what time we can with her before she leaves" I say. She nods. "Like I said. We're family, and family sticks together".
