Tobias' POV

I can't read the emotions on her face after I've said the irreversible.

Zeke and Uriah glare at me but she just stays still, her eyes directed at me but looking through me. Like I'm nothing.

"Tris...?" My voice shakes as I speak. She just shakes her head.

"Abnegation right?" I furrow my brows.

"What?"

"It's because I'm Abnegation. You've decided I'm not good enough for you." She states, her voice breaking and her eyes displaying the first signs of tears.

No.

"Exactly." I state, trying to make my expression as cold as possible. She takes a strong, powerful breath before standing up.

"Fine, but I'm not going with Eric. I'm going home." Any stern face I was holding falls.

"Your going with Eric, Tris." She smirks through her tears and takes a step towards me.

"Really? You can't make me go."

"I'm the prince, I can make you do anything." I growl, making sure to show my authority over her.

"YOU'RE PULLING OUT THAT. AFTER ALL THIS 'DONT TREAT ME DIFFERENTLY JUST BECAUSE I'M THE PRINCE!" She screams, moving towards me. Uriah jumps up and grabs her arms. Presumably to stop her from killing me.

"Tris, we love you but we're still his bodyguards." He adds, yanking her arms back until they are touching to the elbow to prove his point. She grits her teeth but her fire towards me doesn't calm. It clearly grows

"YOU IGNORANT DICK, YOU THINK I EVER WANTED TO BE HERE! I ONLY LET MY PARENTS ENTER ME IS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD SHIT!" She struggles against Uriah who just forces her to her knees.

Zeke comes over to me and hurries me out of the room, Uriah following suit. They both give me the same look before walking off and their message was clear.

'We have nothing to say to you'

Tris' POV

I'm not entirely aware of the amount of time I spent slumped on my knee after the guys go. Since today was a day to rest, my maids won't be coming unless it's of their own accord and I dont see why they would waste their time on me. Tobias has already decided I'm not worth his attention.

I use all my mental strength to drag my unwilling body off the floor and into the bathroom where I see red marks on my arms where Uriah held me and my makeup looking sticky from tears. I distract myself from wiping everything from my face and choosing an random short dress with flowers on from the many inside the wardrobe. Currently, I really couldn't care less.

Tying my hair into a bunch, I slip on some pumps and leave my room. Hearing the sounds of some of the other ladies talking in a room a few doors down from me I decide to walk past.

"I think tonight Patricia. What's there to loose?" Molly coaxes.

"Fine..." Patricia moans. "What's that?" The door, which I've subconsciously become incredibly close to opens. Patricia smiles down at me.

"Beatrice! Come in." Before I have time to answer she grabs my hand and pulls me inside. I'm surprised just to see just Molly inside and not her and Myra. Patricia pushes me down onto the circle of expensive sofas which are where the bean bags are in my room.

"Have you seen Tobias this morning?" She demands, I shake my head. I saw a dickhead. She stamps her legs a little like a toddler tantrum.

"Uhh, he's with Myra again." I narrow my eyes in confusion.

"What?" Patricia frowns.

"Honey, look outside. They've been going on dates constantly for the last two weeks." And sure enough, when I go to the window, there is Tobias. Close to Myra and holding her hand. Like nothing ever happened this morning.

Like I don't matter.

I'm really sad, the Divergent Series Website doesn't seem to work on any of the computers in my house. It only loads to show the words 'Bureau Biological Scans' and that's it. :(
