SINOPSE
Blase LeBlanc não tem mais tempo, seu casamento arranjado já está com uma data marcada e a cada dia que passa, ele sabe que sua liberdade está perto do fim. Já Chipre Woods tem sete meses de espera, grávida de dois meses, ela está sozinha no mundo desde o momento que saiu da casa do ex-namorado.
Enquanto Chipre está atravessando o país em seu conversível, com o intuito de achar um bom lugar para criar seu filho, ela para em Palm Beach para abastecer e lá conhece Blase, que com medo de perder sua liberdade, faz uma proposta muito tentadora para ela.
É algo simples, uma troca de favores entre eles dois: Blase vira o pai do bebê de Chipre e ajuda em todas as despesas financeiras, e em troca, Chipre impede que ele se case.
