Part 2

It was the next morning and I had arrived early at work to mainly get things sorted for the other staff. I always liked to have my down time before work and just have time to myself before everyone came in and things hot hectic. 20 minutes later Liam arrives to the Cafe

"Morning Liam"

"Morning Layla, what are you doing here so early?"

"I wanted to get things sorted for the other staff so they don't have to do it when they come in"

"Layla you know you didn't have to do that"

"I know but I wanted to"

I only went early in hopes of seeing Chris again but that didn't happen, the Cafe was now open and people started gathering in the Cafe the line was going outside the door. It was only my second shift and I could tell that thus Coffee shop was always going to get busy in the mornings from people getting coffees heading off to work.
I was sorting out the money when suddenly I heard a familiar voice

"Hey Layla right?"

I look up to see Chris but he wasn't alone this time he was smiling his gorgeous blue eyes staring at me

"Yeah hey how are you"

"Yeah you know same old heading off to work and just doing the daily morning routine" the both of us chuckled "Hey Layla this is my brother Scott"

"Hey its nice to meet you, I'm Layla" I put my hand out to shake Scott's hand which let me tell you is also very attractive in person

"It's so good to meet you too" We shake hands

"Well I don't want to keep you guys waiting if you have to get to work, so what can I get for you guys today?"

"Can we please get 2 coffees one sugar in mine and 2 sugars in Scotts"

"Sure, and was there anything else for today?"

"Uhhh can I get the eggs and bacon please, Scott do you want anything"

"Yeah can I just get the bacon and eggs too please"

"Sure so that was 2 Coffees 1 with 1 sugar and the other one with 2 sugars, and then 2 egg and bacons was there anything else?"

"No thats it thank you Layla"

"Great and was that take out?"

"Can we please eat in" Scott says getting the money out

"Sure that comes to $40 and you table number I number 5"

"Great thanks Layla, hey when do you get on break"

"Oh uhh in about 5 minutes actually" I see Chris give a little smile

"Would you like to sit with Scott and I I would like to get to know you more"

"Uhh yeah sure I will be there when I finish here"

Chris and Scott go to sit down at a table at the back away from windows and people, I grab my bag and go to join them at the table

"Hey"

"Hey Layla take a seat" Chris moves over a little and goes to grab another chair

"Thank you" I blush a little when Chris pulls the chair out for me

"So how long have you been working here?"

"Oh I only started yesterday today is my second shift"

"That's why Chris says he met a new person at Render I didn't believe him since Render hardly get any new people"

I look over at Chris and see him blush a little at the face he had spoken about me
