(A/N: I decided I'm going to post every Tuesday and Thursday. This schedule will go also for the sequel. Love y'all!)
*Daya's POV*
Today was the day the boys, Luke and Calum, came over. Mio and I made sure we looked cute. We checked ourselves like ten times!
"Do you think we'll be crazy, obsessed fan girls?" I questioned my friend.
"Day, you need to chill! We look cute and on point! They shouldn't think we are crazy if we act like they are normal people, alright? Imagine them as our best friends we haven't seen since high school," the girl held my shoulders and I took a deep breath.
The guys and us are really good friends now, I think. We've known each other for a couple of months and to be honest, it felt like we've been friends since childhood.
The doorbell rang and a string of off-beat knocks came at our door. Mio inhaled and exhaled, opening the door.
"Hey, boys! I see you don't know how to make a decent beat," Mio laughed and Calum dropped his luggage, hugging the girl.
The boy whispered something in the girl's ear and she giggled. Luke waved at me as he pushed Calum's bags with a foot. The two 'love birds' released and Cal muttered something to Luke. He went red in the face.
"Hey, Cally!" I side-hugged the brunette, making my way over to the blonde.
I had to at least send him a signal that I'm interested.
"Lukey," he immediately brought me into a hug, slightly lifting me off the ground.
It's like we haven't seen each other in forever. His scent even had my nostrils flaring! The scent of apple and pine were a combination I didn't even think of.
"How have you been, love?" He whispered in my ear.
That sent chills down my spine.
"G-Good."
We gave the boys a quick tour and Mi set down some ground rules.
"If you guys really wanna stay with us. We got rules. They're pretty fucking strict if you ask me," Mio huffed.
"But you made them!" I laugh.
"Shh. Co-boss," The girl slapped a hand over my mouth.
Calum and Luke began cracking up with laughter and soon we all did, but we quickly got back to business.
"Don't go snooping around in our rooms, knock before entering anywhere, ask permission for stuff, and what else?"
"Don't leave the toilet seat up," I finished.
The boys groan and put their things away in a corner.
"Any questions?" Mi inquires.
The boys shake their heads and they lounge on the couch.
"Just Dance? That's such a girl game!" Calum whines.
"Well, sweetheart, it's great exercise and you're looking quite unfit, if I might say," Mio poked Cal's chest.
"Oh hell naw! Let's go! I'll beat you at this dumb game!"
"Sorry, I gotta go to the store and buy stuff, but when I come back we will definitely battle to the death!" Mio grabbed her sunglasses, putting them on as if she was on CSI, and her car keys.
She walked out the door and the boys turned to me.
"Daya, give me some cheats for this game!" Calum urged.
