(A/N: Hey, y'all! I just wanted a little break for the girls before the story continues on. Everyone needs some peace and relaxation every once in a while! Hope you enjoy! :D)

*Daya's POV*

My eyes fluttered open as white light surrounded my room. I sat up and for the first time in forever I didn't feel groggy. The atmosphere just lifted my spirits and that's rare.

I took a shower and found that Mio was already awake. She was cooking breakfast for the both of us. I sat at the counter as she served the meal and she grinned.

"You wanna call in sick for work and have a girls' day?" Mio surprisingly asked.

She never wants to skip work!

"Wow. Didn't know I had a work skipper as a friend!" I laugh and we begin to eat.

"I don't think it's my depression, but I just wanna spa it out and have fun today. It's Friday anyways," the girl shrugs.

"Alrighty, I'll go pick up some girl stuff; you text the bosses. Start playing music. Find some good chick flicks and blowing up balloons!" I stuff what I can in my mouth and practically run out the door.

I hear Mio laugh as I leave.

When I entered the house, I didn't expect to see Mio like this. She had a balloon pump and was blowing up a green balloon. At first, it wasn't what I thought it was if anyone knows what I mean.

I set the materials down and helped her blow up balloons. Soon the room was filled, candles were lit, and music played.

"What'd you get?" Mio queried, examining the items I bought.

"Chocolate, new make up, bath bombs, and facials. I got some sprinkles and candies and some ice cream for the bowls!"

Ever since I saw these chocolate bowls on Pinterest, I've been dying to make them!

Mio and I made smaller balloons and dipped them in the melted chocolate, making sure they were coated graciously. We put the bowls into the freezer and waited. While waiting, I began to put a mask on Mio and I. We ate some strawberries we already had in the fridge and danced around to Beyoncé and all the Divas we like. Soon the chocolate bowls were done.

The two of us wiped off our masks and washed our hands before taking out the bowls.

"So soft, so flawless," Mio whispered crazily, touching her face and singing along to the song by Beyoncé.

Now, they weren't exactly like the pin, but nobody's perfect! We put scoops of ice cream and dazzled sprinkles over it. It was delicious!

"Daya, you're the bomb dot com for finding these!" Mio said with a mouthful.

"Awe! Thanks! It takes a hard time to find cute pins," I grin and set up a chick flick.

For the rest of the day, we watched movies, played video games, and chilled. Once night time came, I began to clean while Mio used a bath bomb. She came out practically dancing to a Nicki Minaj song. The girl tried to "twerk", but couldn't.

When it was my turn, the Galaxy bath bomb was calling my name! I turned on the tub and let water fill it. I sang for a bit and tossed the bomb in the bath. I quickly stripped and hopped in. Can I just say, YAAS?

It felt like I was in heaven and I was just washing up before I met the real O.G., God.

After I was finished, I settled in bed and went peacefully to sleep.

Life can be great when you're a girl!
