Mirabel pushes her cart best she could with her suit case. She had her Phoenix, whom she named fuego, covered by a cloth over her cage, and yes it was a she thank you. The place she was at was called a train station and Ms M gave her a ticket to get on the train, but then she disappeared leaving Mirabel lost and unable to find her way around.
She was getting anxious to find the right platform, but everyone she asked ignored her much to her frustration.
"Mirabel!" She turns around and saw Harry quickly approaching her. "Harry! Do you know where the platform is?" Mirabel asks. Harry's previously happy face deflates. "No I was hoping you did," Harry said and Mirabel frowns. Suddenly rushing past them was a band of ginger haired people ranging from middle aged to ten years old.
The middle aged lady mutters. "Every dam year this place is filled with muggles," both Mirabel and Harry looked at each other.
They followed the people and the oldest was keeping a young girl by her side and than she points to the oldest boy. "Off you go Percy," she said. The boy nodded and started running towards the wall. Mirabel was in shock seeing the guy go straight through the wall.
The lady than points to two other boys who were clearly identical twins. "Come on Fred," she said pointing to one. "I'm not Fred he's Fred," he said pointing to his twin. "Honestly woman, you call yourself our mother," the other one, presumably Fred, said with a disappointed look at his mother. "Oh sorry George come on," their mother apologizes. The boy moves up and than smiles at her. "Just kidding, I am Fred," he grins running right through the wall with his other half in tow.
Harry and Mirabel looked at each other in shock. "Excuse me!" Harry quickly got the lady's attention and she looks at the two coming up to her. "How? How did you do that?" Harry asks vaguely gesturing to the wall. "Are you going to Hogwarts too?" Maribel asks. The mother looks at the two and smiles. "Yes dear, it's Ron's first year too," she gestures to her last son left who gives a small wave. "Now to go through the wall, just walk straight through and be careful it's very narrow," she said pointing in the direction.
Harry nodded and went first. Maribel watches in amazement as she saw Harry go through the wall as effortlessly as the other three boys did.
"Woah!" She said excitedly. "Now go on dear, it's gonna be fine," the mother encourages. Maribel looks at the wall and takes a deep breath. She sprints forward and passed through the wall just like Harry did, though she did stumble a bit because she was ready to crash into the wall.
When she looks up she was amazed seeing one of the trains from before only it seemed more...... magical somehow, which Maribel didn't understand because really everything about this place seemed magical to her.
She loaded her luggage, grabbing her bird cage, showing her ticket, and hopped onto the train. She looks at the carts and was shy seeing all these new people. In her village she knew everyone, here she knew no one. "Maribel," she looks up and saw Harry waving at her next to a empty cart. She walks over and sat in it with him.
"Thanks Harry, this is really Destrucción nerviosa," She said wringing her hands and looking out the window as the train took off.
"What was that?" Harry asks and Maribel realizes she spoke Spanish. "Oh English isn't my first language. My caretaker put a spell on me able to understand English and speak English myself, but when I'm nervous I speak Spanish. This is the first time I've ever been away from my home," Maribel explains to Harry.
"Your from Columbia? Is your family there too?" Harry asks. "Yes, all of them," she answers. "What are they like?" Harry asks. "Well.... They're magical, the only magical people in my village," Maribel answers. "Did they go to Hogwarts too?" He asks. "No, just me, but my family is magical," she said. "Why didn't they go to Hogwarts?" Harry asks. "Because we couldn't afford it, but they can with me because of my sponsor," Maribel explains the story she had gone over with Ms M.
